Ive been to a lot of Starbucks locations around Indiana and was a partner for about 2 years. Hands down this location is my favorite! The partners work great as a team and the cafe is extremely clean, organized, and cozy. My food/drink was perfect and just as I ordered. The thought and effort put into this location shows and should not be overlooked upon. Great place and great people!

Always get through the drive-thru quickly and have a friendly greeting at the window. Today they were patient & helped guide me paying from the app since Id left my purse at home & never done that before. This store has consistently been the best Starbucks we visit.
Wonderful experience as always.. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If the customers could learn how to be more patient it would be the perfect place.

We always stop here on our way to and from visiting family. Service is excellent and the place is clean, every time! Tonight they had extra stress to deal with - the wind caused their power to go out, but they got going again as soon as they could. Good job, team!

Giving the four star instead of five because I was stuck out in the road. Was unable to get into the parking lot due to the drive they. Your guys need to figure something out or a different location!! Besides the incredibly long 20 minute wait. It was good service.
They always get my order right, no matter how busy. Their shelves are well stocked with cups, mugs...I appreciate their big parking lot with easy access.
Posted in drive thru that their holiday hours for Thanksgiving was 1:30. Got there at 12:38 and they refused to honor what their sign said. Not only do they not know how to make an iced white Mocha right, apparently they think writing 1:30 equates to 12:30. Lost a loyal customer. I prefer Camby anyways, they make an awesome white mocha.

I was a partner years ago. Service was THE thing back then and we had to wear black shirts and dark pants (or khakis) and greeted customers immediately. Now taking care of other things is more important. Partner at drive thru was very friendly and served us well.

Came thru the drive thru and ordered 2 Frappuccinos. They gave me one Frappuccino and one latte which I didnt order. I told the blonde girl that the coffee was wrong and she got a huge attitude and stared at me and slammed the window shut and started going off inside. All I did was (nicely) say the coffee was wrong. Very poor customer service. She should be reprimanded for that.
Staff was friendly, fast, courteous, and the food was made well and ready quickly. Absolutely everything youd want from a fast food stop. I definitely recommend this location to everyone.
I only went because my niece wanted a cake pop, which turned out to be a ball of cake the size of a quarter for almost 3 dollars.
Fast, accurate, and drinks were done well. The only thing missing were the smiles... they were likely smiling behind their masks, though! ;-)
I really wish they would have a coffee that doesn’t tast so burnt Casey’s Gas station has better coffee in my opinion.
Too many people unmasked or with their nose sticking out for comfort. Otherwise, quick service despite being out of certain food items.
Quick and friendly staff. Has a nice interior decoration. There is only one bathroom each but that’s not a problem if you don’t mind waiting in lines for the one toilet. It does have some of their cups to buy and coffee in a nice location that is easy to access.
Compared to other Starbucks stores the Martinsville store is subpar. My coffee was lukewarm and not that tasty. Only open 3:30-9ish on the weekends! No morning coffee!!!

A well placed Starbucks in a small town. They have all of the standard fare and a location which is convenient for those traveling through on SR37 (soon to be I69) or for a rest stop by cyclists touring the farms and hills of central Indiana. The staff is very friendly and efficient. There is a convenient drive-through for those in a hurry or seating, both inside and out, for taking your time and enjoying the visit.
They were very busy, yet very energetic! Order was correct and good! Even bought a gift card! Yum!
Really nice stand-alone Starbucks. The drive-through is fast and friendly but the inside is even nicer. Rest rooms are clean. The tables are nice inside and outdoors as well. Great service and such a great selection of coffee & food.

I love Starbucks coffee but the service in Martinsville has gotten horrible. Three cars in front of me this morning and it took 20 minutes to get served. This is getting to be the normal.
I asked for a drink they didnt have it. I asked for another drink. Didnt have it. Asked for a cakepop. Didnt have it. Asked for a coffee. DIDNT HAVE IT!!!! This is usually a good place what happened?!?!?!

Seem Friendly, always making coffee to keep up with high demand that is put on this location. I purchased a drink and a sandwich but when it came time to get my drink they didnt have the sandwich so I was given the option of another sandwich or refund. if you want to get some work done and just enjoy your Starbucks like most other locations than I still recommend it. (Starbucks I think you should look into an inventory system that is more effective to assist your output this has happened at other locations as well.)
Have many to compare it to in my travels, this location seems to always make a weak whatever I have. Need to remember this when traveling through next time. For 6+$s I think I should taste the coffee. Locals probably dont notice.

I stop at this Starbucks on my way to and through Indianapolis. It is always good quality, the staff is friendly, and service is very timely. 10/10 will stop again.
Each time I order ahead at this Starbucks, they take 200% more time than the estimate. In fact each time I walk in to pick up my order and see others in the store getting their coffees before they even start mine. With a five minute Time estimate, they are never done with my order before 20 minutes pass. Are usually love Starbucks stores, just not this one. Would be nice if they were open later to represent this larger franchise. There is a second shift in the town of Kokomo to support. May be wise as competing companies have improved quality, better pricing and hrs.
Nice Starbucks store, especially inside, but the drive through and ordering in store take much longer than most Starbucks, so dont stop here if youre in a hurry. Getting back on 37 heading north to Indianapolis also takes a while for those patrons trying to make a quick stop between Bloomington and Indianapolis.
11/2 Friday morning. They were crazy busy and the staff did an awesome job keeping cool and doing their best to serve customers. Much appreciated, and kudos to the staff working that morning.
I do like this place! Nice atmosphere. Customer service is typically friendly. Rarely had my order made wrong (bonus points to them for that). I feel their prices are fair for the experience. I enjoy my time when I go. Still love their Blonde blend; heaven.
Im addicted to the cream cheese Danish but with a good cup of Joe in the morning its heaven but not for the waste line.
Super busy but they maintained the line quickly and efficiently! Had an error with their card reader but after using a different one in store all was good.

I guess having a less-than-stellar Starbucks is better than none at all. They just cannot adapt to handling the mobile orders. I live north of town, about 15 minutes away, and I have on numerous occasions placed an order when I left my house and when I arrived it was still not ready. Despite the fact that the estimate was 5-9 minutes. Also, a couple of my orders have been “lost”. So after waiting for 20 minutes I inquired, only to be told I wasn’t even in the queue. 😒 I have been late to work multiple times because of this, so I no longer stop here in the mornings.Otherwise, this location has adequate seating, parking, and coffee quality is usually as expected.
I love the Martinsville Starbucks. Everyone is always so nice. And theyre fast. My cashier today was, Taylor. Nice and quick and gets the order right.

This is a very big store with friendly staff and a clean atmosphere including the restrooms. When we went yesterday they were training some employees and it took us over 10 minutes to get our drinks and one was incorrect.

Disappointed that I wasnt asked if the drink was to be hot or cold. I ordered from the menu board, where it shows the Holiday Drinks. The Carel Brule Latte is shown cold with whip cream. When it came hot, I asked if it was suppose to be hot or cold and she said it just depends on how you order it.
Great product. But, they had eight or nine employees scurrying about to make the drinks and food. Only a few customers inside, who had a very long wait for their/my order to be completed. Still, the servers were giving it their all and were friendly and professional. The store was clean.
I was in a hurry on my way to Evansville and theyre pretty good spirited. One of the larger Starbucks Ive ever seen and being in a small town. But it could have been a little cleaner

I come here every work day, and some off days for at least the past 2 years. Yes addicting coffee. Very friendly staff. Restrooms are clean. Ive had very few times where drive thru misunderstood what I had ordered (iced or warm coffee), but they always make it right. Certain times can be busy, and take longer to get your drink, so just plan accordingly.Update 12/12/17 before 8am. Staff must have forgotten the window was open while makin fun of customers. No ice? Does she want water? Followed by a bunch of laughs. Its sad to find a place you enjoy going to, and it getting ruined by a handful of bad experiences or a few bad apples. Being made fun of for your coffee order isnt exactly what I had planned on this lovely Tuesday morning. 2 stars only because character and friendliness goes a long way.
Just recently starting going to Starbucks. Martinsville Starbucks is on point. Customer service there is fantastic. Highly recommended!
