The atmosphere and entire experience was truly amazing, Mike is the best window tinter in the area and is very good at what he does. I took my 2019 Dodge Charger R/T in to get my widows and windshields done and he got them done in a very timely manner and even washed up my baby and took photos. Before you call ANYONE else in the area definitely call Icarus Tinting FIRST, I guarantee you, you will be way happier and get a better price than anyone around. Period. ICARUS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

I found out about Icarus Tinting from a relative that took his vehicle there to have his windows tinted. I use to only go to Finnys before he closed his location. Thank you Mike for tinting my Mercedes. Mike was able to almost match my factory tint with his high quality film. Mike is a funny guy and definitely will have you laughing while youre at his establishment. We are already scheduling for other things to get done.

I was truly in a bind, I just move to Va . The state that I live them before did not have state inspections .I needed to get my car inspected in order to get my tags and no one had time or the interest to remove and replace my Tint . Me being new to the area I was not sure where to go . inspection stations sent me to other places that did window tinting. Just so happen I I came across Micheal shop .not only did he stop doing what he was doing to help me but he was just so nice and professional .I’ll never forget and I truly thank him for his professionalism and his patience . I didnt plan on writing this but after I saw the 1star ones I wanted to share my experience. I had to wait there while they tinted my new truck. It took the guy six hours to finish tinting it. I didnt care cause I saw how busy he was. The phone didnt stop ringing and there was people coming there all day long. I couldnt believe he didnt have help and he does everything himself and Im amazed the tint job he did on my truck is perfect.. Im not sure I know a single person who can work that hard all day long and still put out that kind of quality work. Im very impressed. You people who gave him a 1star review because he didnt have your car done on time, yall need to spend a day there before you judge the man.

I took my car here on a Thursday, said it would be ready next day. I get there and it’s still not done, guy is complaining that he’s a one man shop and can’t keep up with everything in his book, yet my car was the only one in the shop. I went ahead and left it AGAIN, came back Saturday and still wasn’t finished. Guy proceeded to argue with me because I pointed out the car wasn’t done by the time he promised. Don’t recommend, tint started bubbling days later AFTER THE 48 hr curing period he claimed. Leaving this review because he did the same to my brothers car, mine happened a year ago, I still have pictures. I never left a review but I’m doing so now so other won’t be treated the same. Bad business.Edit: You just proved everything I said by the way you responded. Obviously not customer oriented and you don’t know how to accept feedback to make YOUR BUSINESS BETTER. and yes I edited because I wanted to leave business oriented review not a personal attack like yours. Dropped my car off on a Friday. He said it would be ready no later than Monday. Monday came and haven’t heard anything from him. I have him til Wednesday and still nothing. I called and left a message. He returned my call the next day Thursday. Said he would have it ready by the weekend. Sunday came and didn’t hear anything from him. Called him Sunday evening and he said he would have it ready Monday at 6:00pm. He called me Monday evening and wanted to offer me some kind of better tint and he would have it ready next week. I refused and told him I would be there at 6:00 to get my car. I showed up at 6:30 and he only had 1 window started. I told him to pull it off and I took my car. Very unprofessional. He had told me during the week he had 2 side windows done and only had the back to do. Which was a lie. Also I left a brand new pack of cigs in my console and they are gone.

Mike gave me a great price and he did a fabulous job.

Michael has done work to both of my cars and the work was phenomenal. Impeccable craftsmanship and Michael was very knowledgeable about the whole window tinting process. I would definitely recommend him for all your window tinting needs.

Easily one of the best tint shops around, time equals perfection and he puts his all into his work. Very family friendly and definitely puts effort into everything along with detail. If you want your windows tinted i definitely recommend taking your ride over to his shop!

We met Michael 4 years ago when he moved to this area. We became instant friends. He was like a breath of fresh air with his cocky personality but impressed us with his love and passion for the tinting business. When he decided to stay in this area and open a shop of his own we knew he would be successful. The first thing Michael tinted for us was our truck. The quality of his work was amazing. He took pride in every step used to apply the right tint for our needs. You see, I was diagnosed with fush dysteria, an eye disease that ultimately led to 4 cornea transplants for me to be able to see. Sun light and the glare from fog, snow, etc., now makes my eyes burn and water when Im outside. The tint he used on the truck helps with all conditions outside. I feel a lot safer on the road for myself and others for I can see everything a lot clearer without pain.Next Michael tinted all the windows in our trailer. Due to having so many large windows in the trailer summers are extremely hot inside and winters are extremely cold. The heat pump was constantly on trying to keep up with demand causing the electric bill to rise mercifully in peak months. Michael came up with a tint that would reflect the heat from going inside in the summer but retain the heat inside in the winter. This cut our electric bill almost in half and being on disability every penny we can save is a blessing. Michael done a beautiful job and we are extremely happy and pleased with his work.

Was suppose to remove tint from my car windows and put more tint on....had my vehicle for 5 days and nothing was done to the car but the back window tint removed. Everyday i went up there to see how far he had gotten on my car it was always an excuse that he got a lot to do or this person stop by. He was very unprofessional. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH MAN!!

Im writing this review not because they tinted our car, but because the gentleman we spoke to was honest and direct. This company was first on a list of authorized dealers for Llumar window tint, but when my husband called, the gentleman said they no longer use that tint and that Llumar had forgotten to remove them from the dealer list instea . of trying to sell us a different tint, or a color that was similar to the one we wanted, he referred us to another business.
