Been in three times in two weeks to get a price on a NEW Ranger and there is never anyone who is available. Was also informed that the sales manager, salesman, and parts guys have all quit in the last couple months. I guess I know why.

Has done a great job performing annual service and winterizing our jet ski. Keeps scheduled appointments, doesnt try to upsell unnecessary services. Secure storage while the jet ski is on site. I would recommend them to fellow water sport enthusiasts.

Went in 7 days ago for 2 quads. Salesman was more attentive to others around me and those on the phone .Filled out a credit application and was told it would be about a 45 min. wait time. IM STILL WAITING. Went somewhere else and bought 2 new quads in 25 min. Ive worked retail for 25 years. Thus Th terrible member services. Others have posted similar posts. GUESS ITS NOT JUST ME. Go somewhere else Im sure they would appreciate your business.

If you want to pay with cash, you’ll go to the bottom of the priority list. Only if you are contributing to all of their precious finance awards in the GMs office do they care about you.

Flat out has terrible customer service. They also have an extremely well unknowledgeable staff. There prices are also high. They are why I drove 5 hrs south 1 way to buy my new machine. Saved 6000 dollars by doing so. You been warned !!!!!!!!

Ive had nothing but good experiences at Flat Out. Several years ago, I sought out a good commuter vehicle and settled on a scooter. I purchased it at Flat Out and have had my scheduled maintenance done there each year since.I have always been treated well and feel I have been given value for my money, whether it was in the purchase or the servicing of my scoot.

It was in and out, new what we. Wanted, the limited addition cheery red amd pearl white. She is a beauty.

I have an older Yamaha motorcycle and they never seem to have parts and cant even order them. I have to drive from Martinsville to Bloomington to get them. Fox Cycle can order them every time.

Was in showroom 45 mins and not one salesperson ask if I needed help contemplating buying a rzr or can am guess they dont need to sell any... Not impressed not only did I drive 35 mins to get there but wasnt even acknowledged I was even in there bldg went to front counter and salesman standing a foot away and still nothing so to say the least I was Flat-out Pissed Id drive out of state before I would buy there and Im a devoted south sider thank you so much for the rude customer service!

Been there 2 times to buy a atv nobody ever talked to me. Not going back.

I noticed poor reviews on Flat Out of INDY and when I called to get breaks for my ATV the girl said they didnt carry them and told me their Martinsville store might have them. Nice enough, she gave me a lead. I called the Martinsville location and they were super helpful giving both the OEM heavy duty parts and an aftermarket option and they didnt beat up the Chinese super cheap options that I mistakenly bought in the past(they were really terrible, wore out really fast) just said you really get what you pay for in break parts. Great Experience with Martinsville Flat Out !
