I have called Rusty for years for all my repair needs.He is on time, reasonably priced, friendly service, and all around nice person.I highly recommend Rusty. I Don’t call anyone else.

Our dishwasher was having some issues. I called a couple of local repair places and was told it would be weeks before they could send someone out. When I called A+ Appliance, they were out the next day. They were able to resolve the issue, and we only incurred a service charge. If I have future appliance repair needs, I will be calling A+ from now on.

He was quick to come out to repair my refrigerator. But the parts were wrong it squirted water out of the front of my door when the ice maker was to be filling. I paid him for the repair and he would not answer my calls afterwards. I called him 2 to 3 times a week for a month left message after message to come back to fix the problem he created. No answer no call back. I had to call another company to come out they said they have this problem with the work he does all the time. When I gave him a bad review he texted me and threatened me not to say anything about him again, and to take it down. A BAD REPAIRMAN DO NOT USE HIM. His name is Rusty Newman.

Schedule appointment for 10 o’clock Saturday morning to have our dryer checked out Rusty never showed up did not call would not answer my call or text message this is A piss poor way to run a business if you are going to be late Or not make your appointment you should have enough respect for the customer to give them a call and let them know instead of letting them sit around waiting on you we will not ever call this company again he talks big but he don’t show up must be making enough money that he don’t need new customers don’t waste your time call him if I could give him 0 Star rating I would

My wife and I recently bought a used washer and dryer set. The washing machine was not working and we werent aware the dryer we got was a gas dryer. We called Rusty Newman and he came to our house a little while later. He was able to fix our washing machine, and he helped us hook up the dryer since we didnt really know how. Upon completing the repairs he checked both machines, made sure they were working properly, and he made sure we were satisfied with the repairs. Rusty Newman is very professional, made sure we know what was being fixed, and was very polite. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend him for any type of appliance repairs. He comes to you and does the work.. Share his contact information to anyone you know needing appliance repair.

Very disappointing. He came and fixed one problem, but just one day later the dryer stopped heating up. I called him back to see when he could return to look at it again, and he never returned my call. I called him twice and left messages. Also, I think he broke the switch that shuts the dryer off when you open the door.

Showed up same day, actually had to delay him as he could come almost immediately. Tore apart and fixed the dryer without hardly moving it or disconnecting anything (power shut off of course). Had the random spare part on hand that needed replaced and did it immediately. Great rates, professional, and crazy fast. Couldn’t recommend more for appliance issues.

The Appliance service I got was awesome Mr.Newman saved me hundreds of dollars.I had two other local shops come and look at my stove and they said it was not worth fixing.Then I was told about A+ Appliances so I called him and for a 126.00 dollars my stove works better then it did when it was new.So a big thank you to A+ I will call again.

Rusty Newman was great.... When I had a leak on my washer.. I called and he came at 9:30 at night and got it all fixed and it didnt cost me a arm and a leg.
