Other than the store being clean, the only real drawback is that they dont have enough cashiers. Now, I applied to this particular location SEVERAL times and I ALWAYS get told that theyre full. They dont need the help. Well, based upon todays experience, yes they do. It took me almost 25 minutes to check out. And I ONLY had 3 things. Hey, Dollar Tree management, hire me!! I actually WANT to work!!!! Please!!!

I just left Dollar Tree and store manager David his cashier angel I complimented them on such a beautiful store number one it was stopped I didnt have to look for anything it was fair the shelves were full I will always shop this particular store and I live in Maryland

A larger crafting section would be benifical to the company and much appreciated by the consumer.

The vast majority of the crew at this store are awesome, friendly, hard working people. The ONLY peeve I have with this place is if theyre out of a particular item, certain employees will do their best to claim theyve never sold it....Example:I bought a box of tea bags (plain, black tea). Four hours or so later, I realized Id need more (very small tea bags), so I go back. Theres no black tea on the shelf, only green tea. I inquire with the guy stocking this aisle. He proclaims they only sell green tea, its always been this way, and green tea is all theyll ever have. Rather than argue (always pointless), I just go on my way. Two days later, I happen to be back in this store. I look at the tea on the shelf... No green tea, only black. Experimentally, I decide to inquire about green tea. By happenstance, the same guy is working; he tells me they only sell black tea, never any green. 🤔Recently Id run out of coffee. Im particular about coffee, but also lazy and Dollar Tree is close by. One pot of not-so-great coffee wont kill, so I decide to see what theyve got. On the shelf, theres only bags of hazelnut flavored coffee. I ask an employee and she tells me that unfortunately, hazelnut flavored coffee is all they carry. I settle for it out of sheer laziness and though its as bad as I expected hazelnut flavored coffee to be, I survived it. A couple days later, Im in this Dollar Tree again. While perusing the aisle, what do I see in full supply? Bags of regular coffee. 😑If youre out of it, just tell me its temporarily out of stock. If you dont feel like checking back stock, still just tell me its temporarily out of stock... Please stop telling me you dont carry an item if you do indeed have it regularly! You see, I may also need this item in the future and instead of stopping to purchase from your store, Ill go directly elsewhere because you supposedly dont even carry it. Some of these employees are using a lie that is just plain bad for business!I realize its just a dollar...but being that the entire business model being employed is dollar items, surely as a company youve got to realize that dollars add up! ;-)

This Dollar tree is always great. Tons of things for diy projects as well as holiday decorations. An the staff is always so much more than helpful. They always go above and beyond to help in anyway they can.

I really wanna thank the cashier Angel and I think it was the ASM that was working this evening. They were both very helpful. My son had fell backwards and hit his head really hard on the floor and they both came running to my husband and I to make sure he was ok. I was holding him and Angel was looking at his head to make sure he didnt have a knot on it. We have never been to a store that has been this helpful to us or anyone in Berkeley County until today. Thank you both so much.

I always enjoy shopping at the dollar tree because you an get a lot of items very reasonably priced and you can find a lot of unusual items.

Yes this is a Dollar Tree, $1 for every item, never more. A lot of times we find the identical item at xMart for $2-4 across the road! This location doesnt have refrigerator items, but the one by Valley Mall does. Some items seem to be regularly in stock, some are occasional or seasonal or just whenever. Great staff.

Each item is a $1.00. Good way to stretch your budget. Shelves are not stacked properly so a heavy bottle rolled off the shelf...hitting my now very painful toe.
