My AC was running but didnt cool the house. Two men came, checked everything and said, its working just fine. They left, then I got a bill for $150. The AC still wasnt working, had to look for someone else. Not using this company anymore for anything.

I have never had anything other than positive experiences with Griffith Energy, and even now with the pandemic--their techs are always tremendously professional and courteous! Our tech, Greg Leikus, was so nice and knowledgeable. He was calm and cool, did his job without any drama, and worked really hard on our dirty HVAC unit. He replaced parts quickly and efficiently and was quiet and courteous. I would recommend him and Griffith Energy 100%

Greg Leikus serviced our unit yesterday. He took his time to ensure that the furnace was properly maintained. When he finished there was no evidence that he had even been there he cleaned up the area that well. The furnace continues to function the way it is intended which is good since the outside temperature was 21 degrees F this morning.Good job.JIm Thomas

My grandmother been with Griffin for several years I and the oil company came out to fill up her tank to top it off for winter kerosene she called him when they came out to fill up the tank they ran it over maybe about 10 gallons cuz there was kerosene when I got home and my grandmother gets a bill for $507 they didnt take nothing off and they installed a cap for it to whistle when it gets filled up but the whistle that was on it was okay they put a new sight glass on it and a new filler neck on both tanks they charged $177 for the filler neck in the Whistler they did come back and put some stuff down on it I had to do the cleanup and my grandmother she has breathing problems and they send someone out thats why they cleaned it up but I had to clean up the ground which they spilt and it was still overflowing cut both Tanks off they should at least take something off off the bill decent service good people

Had Don Miner for our technician. Was punctual and thorough. Fixed the problem we were having. Explained the work he performed very well. Did a great job.

We are new renters and this is our first time ever having an oil heating unit. We got a cold snap in spring, and ran out of oil. After a really poor experience with Roach, we shopped around for a better place. I called Griffith expecting to set up a simple service call because after Roach, our furnace did no work. I only hoped to have them come within the next week, but they were horrified that we didnt have heat and sent a technician within an hour to fix it! My kids were so grateful to have a warm home in which to sleep and a warm bathroom in which to shower. Then Griffith even went the extra extra mile by calling the next day and checking in on us. What fantastic people they have working there. We now have an account and will use NO ONE else. Thank you!

Great experience today. An emergency call, on a Saturday. Called and had a tech at my house within an hour. A/c was up and running soon after. Reasonable bill considering it was a weekend emergency.

Had an emergency heat pump issue (leak), that was flooding my basement. This occurred after hours and the only way the technician would come out is if I had a contract with them. I dont understand how you can call yourself a 24 hour service if you only willing to help people that already have a contract with you. Griffith should specify that they only work emergency after hour issues if you have a contract with them, very misleading.
