Their whole staff Tyler, Mike, Tim, Floyd, & Steve are super knowledgeable about the complete store inventory. They are eager to get the products we need to the sight we need them on in order to meet our schedule. The staff is friendly and seem to always have a servant attitude. If they do not have a product they have the knowledge & willingness to get involved and find an alternative product. We appreciate them as our business partners!!

Great place to buy electical.

This is one of the best capital/tristate locations Ive ever been to as far as customer service goes. They have a decent amount of stock and if they dont stock it, they will take the time to help you and get you taken care of.

Capital electric has a huge variety of products on the floor. The employees are knowledgeable of the products on hand and as well as the current electrical code. That means if they dont have something you want, they can help you find something that still works.

Most of all the staff is friendly and professional. However there is this short bald guy that is about the least professional human being that I have ever done business with. Condescending, rude, impatient, egotistical, and short tempered are just a few words that come to mind when doing business with this guy. So if you dont want your blood pressure raised, I would ask for someone else. I wouldnt even go back to buy anything here if there were other options.
