Andrew ( salesman) was very patient and knowledgeable.Pricing was competitive with other places locally.The store was clean and they used covers for anything that we laid on when trying out different mattresses.I will update this review after delivery for service in home.

Chuck from Front Royal, VA sold me my dream bed. He was very informative, patient, not pushy. I had my little sister with me and she ended up buying a bed too in huge thanks to him! You couldnt meet a better man that sells you on your comfort, safety, guarantee of happiness. I bought a bed gear s7 firm foam. I laid on more than 8 or so, and Chucks knowledge base for what you are looking for body health wise was highly informative. The pressure points in your hips and shoulders, and the cooling for your body. The support you are actually receiving. 💖💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏 I hope everyone can have a good as or close as an experience as myself and sister have had.

We went and did the mattress test. With results generated we found a super comfy bed. Can not wait for delivery. Manager helped us and he was super knowledgeable and very nice.

I originally purchased my new mattress in January. Delivered in approximately 3 days. Thirty days later I found that it was not what I needed. I contacted the store and was told I would be able to exchange it for a different one just come in and pick it out. I went to the store a few days later. I was able to find the best one for me. I paid a nominal fee for the exchange and delivery, plus the difference in price of mattress. With in 4 days my new mattress was delivered and original was removed. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I had two queen-sized, box spring and mattress sets delivered to a newly built house. All were covered in a heavy plastic and appeared in good condition. Upon obtaining occupancy of my house, I began removing the heavy plastic which was intact, free of holes, and opaque from the first box spring. Before the plastic was half removed, I discovered a hole in the top of the box spring. I immediately called the store and was told they would no nothing due to their store policy. I told them the plastic was still half on the box spring and they could come and see for themselves it was a manufacturing issue. I was told they would not come to my house. I do not and will not recommend them to anyone.

Literally just getting home from picking out a new bed at mattress warehouse on foxcroft Avenue in Martinsburg. Walking into the store I was convinced I wanted a purple or nectar bed. I have spent countless hours on google searching mattresses and checking reviews and thought I had my mind made up. Turns out, I had no idea what I wanted in a mattress!! Thankfully Dustin (the sales rep) did! He had us take the mattress test that pin pointed exactly what we needed then was very patient with us trying out several beds. We ended up finding the perfect bed for us and I cant wait until we have it delivered. We also had our 8 year old with us and he was so awesome with her. He let her take the bed test and showed her which was best for her to make her feel more included. Overall an awesome experience so far. I will update once the bed is delivered. Its been over a year since I shopped here but my salesman (Felix) was awesome. If hes still there, ask for him - hell be able to answer any questions you have and recommend a mattress to suit your needs. Even if hes no longer there, it was a clean store and all the staff was helpful. Better than the other mattress stores in the area!

Y’all, I did so much online shopping before finally deciding (Friday) to go to Mattress Warehouse (Saturday) to be truly sure that the Nectar mattress was what I wanted to purchase.I realized quickly that the Nectar was too soft for me and probably gonna end up being too dang hot. Turns out, I don’t know a whole a lot about mattresses. Lucky for me, Dustin knows about mattresses. He is a very patient soul, enduring all of my mom’s questions and my assumptions.I told him exactly what (I thought) I wanted, and asked if he thought I could make a better choice. I ended up leaving with a mattress I liked better (Bodygear S5, for all you hot sleepers, that Nectar is warm af, but more on that later) and the foundation I needed, in less time than I expected to spend and all for less than I had budgeted.If it weren’t already enough of a dream shopping experience, the bed I bought has already been delivered (by an awesome crew who ran down my icy alley with my items when their truck wouldn’t fit) and is set up and waiting patiently to rejuvenate my spine later this evening.This is Tuesday morning, which means my entire experience with Mattress Warehouse from soup to nuts has lasted only half a week, effectively making the months I spent shopping online for a product I thought I understood a tremendous waste of time.5 stars, 10/10 would shop again, go forth and seek Dustin the bed king for all your naptime needs. I had a good experience until delivery time I was told if I bought a Tempurpedic that removal of old mattress was included well today I got my mattress and guess what conveniently its not on the order to take my mattress. Guy from store told me he would call me back no call back until I called corporate then his solution was for me call my trash company or he could come get it in a week. What a JOKE. Take your business to different mattress company!

Good fast servce

Buying the mattress was not the bad part. It was the delivery service. After trying to reach them to reschedule and no one answering we had to get the bed next day. Not to mention we had bed already tore down and ready for pickup. So we put bed back together and made do. Then next day bed arrived. I asked the delivery guy if he needed help moving box spring out due to akwardness of it. He refused and drug it out himself scratching my hardwood floors. Now Im in the battle of getting these fixed.

This is the third time weve gone to Mattress Warehouse Martinsburg to buy a mattress and have had another excellent experience. We needed a mattress for our guest bedroom. Felix, our sales representative, matched us with exactly what we needed, at a great price and didnt try to oversell us. It was easy and quite pleasant from start to finish. Mattress Warehouse Martinsburg has definitely earned our loyalty.

The delivery date was delayed (no big deal), so to compensate, I was given a bed pillow, which was greatly appreciated. Actually, an apology, which I humbly received, was all that was necessary.When the set arrived, it was too tall for my handicapped, 87-year-old mother; she was physically unable to climb into the bed. The delivery men then called the corporate office, and they immediately got back with me.Within minutes, the person who sold me the mattress, Joshua Morrison, called and said he would be bringing me a bed frame (at no cost) that would lower the height of the bed. He arrived . . . with the frame . . . within a half hour.After about an extremely frustrating couple of hours of struggling to get the frame to work, Joshua discovered that it was the wrong size for the mattress. So back he went to the store to get the right one. He returned the second time, and everything went well.This process, from beginning to end, took about half a day. What a mess.However, I want to say, that Joshua Morrison, the salesperson (and unofficial installer) was so patient and kind. There he was, in his dress clothes, doing everything to make things right. His time and actions were the epitome of great customer service.The manner in which the problem was solved was Number One. Between the customer service and the quality of the mattress set, I will certainly shop there again.

MARTINSBURG WV LOCATIONWe will never shop here again. We were lied to by the sales manager about being able to exchange the mattress if we did not like it (we are well within the warranty time frame) and the store manager Dustin stated he misspoke and told us the wrong information. He stated to reach out to his district manager to see if he would help us and the district manager JC was very rude and disrespectful and stated he would not exchange our mattress even though we got it less than 24 hours ago. Not to mention that the delivery people broke our banister trying to shove the mattress around a corner and then threw our old mattress up against our dresser and vanity breaking several things and knocking the dresser into the wall leaving marks on our wall. We have emailed and called everyone we could and they refuse to exchange our mattress. We are now out over $3400 and stuck with a harder than rock mattress and currently sleeping on our sofa. They just want your money and will run. They do not care about customer service nor respect you as a human being. BUYER BE WARNED! DO NOT SHOP HERE

Ive purchased two mattresses and box springs from this store on two separate occasions. The sales staff was very friendly, personable, and helpful both times! We dont have our own truck or a way to haul the mattresses ourselves so both times, we had the beds delivered. The way they handle delivery is at the time of purchase you can chose the date of delivery. Then the evening before your mattress is scheduled for delivery you receive an email with the timeframe of delivery. The day of I received a call in the morning to confirm the delivery time window and then about 15 minutes before delivery I received another call. Both deliveries were seamless and very prompt. The delivery guys were friendly and were done in no time at all. I would recommend this store.

I would love to give no stars... We have been waiting on a mattress replacement for over a month. We had to keep calling them to find out where our mattress was, and every single time it was on the truck and we should have it by Tuesday. The last time we had to follow up they told us to come in the store and try out a new mattress. The gentleman promised us it would be delivered after we got off work however came while we are at work. Called customer service and her response was take a day off work or drive to Frederick Maryland to get the replacement. I will not buy another mattress off of them. Poor customer service.

No stars . Buyers be warned, this company can not Deliver the goods that you see in the store! Literally, our new mattress and box springs, turned up broke and worthless and useless, delivery guys not only took this away with them so rejected delivery but also, they took my old bed and box spring with them, which left us on a Friday, with no bed, new or old!We just moved to this house and were doing up all bedrooms, thankfully we did not invest any more time or money in this awful company after this extremely inconvenient situation. (I even tipped the delivery guys as gesture of gratitude that they Arrived with my new purchase) ughhh oh well. Myself and my husband work long hours so sleep in important to us for resting, now we have no bed, no sleep! And to top it off, Winston the regional manager, told me that I even make mistakes and not perfect, and so mistakes happen..?? Ooookay, Winston! He who has never meet me is now telling me this. Great customer service skills guys! - NOT .He then went on to say if I wait Another 7 days, I can have one delivered, lol 7 days!!!!! With no bed?? In the end I got my husband to call him back due to Winston being very pushy and rude.Good luck to you all dreamers!

After going to a few different stores to look around. I set out to by a new mattress and frame from here. My experience started out great and if a glitch did not happen with delivery then it would have stayed that way. What has upset me about the whole ordeal is not just the store but the company and how they handle problems when they arise. The lack of care for customer service was disappointing. When I ordered my new bed it was not informed to me that the vehicle delivering would be an 18 wheeler. If that was informed up front I would have known actually having the bed delivered directly would be difficult. Not knowing this I disposed of my old bed and awaited the few days for the delivery. On the day it is suppose to arrive I receive a call from the company stating due to power lines being down they can not deliver. When I called back I could not get an answer. I call the store and they said they will look into things for me but the warehouse for shipments is run by a bunch of Mexicans so who knows what is going on. I did not appreciate the comment nor did I think it was appropriate. An hour or so later I get a call back from the store stating that the power lines for my road are to low for the truck. Now I felt a bit distraught and asked what other options do I have. I do not have a truck to pick it up myself and I already disposed of my other bed. The store told me not much can be done. They do not have any other vehicles that can deliver the mattress and the frame and if I have it delivered to the store to bring it closer it would take another week. They said that they will see what can be done and to call them back that evening. I decided when I got off work that evening to just go to the store and discuss it.When I went into the store I talked to the same salesman that has been handling this. He said that they could not have the bed delivered and installed at my house. It is the drivers discretion on if they feel it is safe to drive down a road or not. I told him that I wished I was informed about how this would be delivered because the delivery and set up played a large part in my choice to buy. Then the comments started about how the place is ran by mexicans and how maybe if I payed the mexican drivers $20.00 they would carry it to my house, how it seems God does not want me to have the bed and other insulting and inappropriate comments. I left the store. That night I called the mattress warehouse customer service number told the gentleman everything that happen and he assured me someone will call me back before the managers leave that night. I never received the call, 30 minutes before the closing time I called back and spoke to other customer service reps and still no one who could actually help was available to speak with.The next day I still had not received a call from anyone. Called and spoke to someone who was in delivery at the Frederick MD stock warehouse. He apologized no one called back but again told me that they would have no way to bring the bed to me.What I had to do was pay more money to rent a truck, drive to Hagerstown MD to pick up a slip allowing to get the bed at the main warehouse and then drive to Frederick. When I got there no one was personable (also no one was Hispanic either). The interesting thing is that they also had smaller trucks in there loading docks.I got the bed and found help to get it set up. The bed is okay but I would enjoy it more if the events above did not happen. I know companies can make things right for customers if they care. Mattress Warehouse does not care. It shows in my bill where I was still charged a delivery fee even though they did not deliver it. They were aware of the situation of what was said at the store that was out of line but it seems my purchase was not high enough to warrant their attention.
