Very friendly and helpful! They did an amazing job for me!

I gave my dad a large flat rate box to ship out.He took it to wepak-n-ship. Instead of them being honest with him and telling him it would be cheaper through the post office. They charged him over double what the flat rate costs. I will never use wepak-n-ship again.

To the person below, quit whining about masks. They do not save you karen, my only gripe with this place is I brought a package yesterday and it still hadnt been shipped out yet. Dont know what to think

The only criticism i have is that the hours aren’t super convenient for someone working 8-5. either a later evening or a saturday morning would be super helpful.

It was busy but they get you taken care of fast. Always polite and helpful 🙂

No masks in the middle of a pandemic. Signs say they follow cdc recommendations of distance but I guess thats where they stopped reading.Most customers didnt wear masks & neither did employees behind counters. Since 4300 people died yesterday in this country from covid, those going in who care about themselves & health of others should avoid.I left Wepak & went to Festival across the street to conduct business.

Friendly gentleman working. Was able to assist me with mailing some paperwork quickly and easily.

Oh my gosh, this place is so convenient. And the gentleman thats always behind the counter is very nice. Definitely come to this place if you need to ship something out, they deal with all major shippers (fedex, ups, etc).

Always helpful, today the female owner helped a few of us through canceling Amazons new return label where is only accepted in Wausau or Wisconsin Rapids. She helped us get the original return label the way it used to always be so we could return Amazon items at the store. Note, be careful while doing Amazon return and make sure its not too actually UPS store, You want it to be able to print off label and not a QR code

I would give zero star if I could. I thought they open at 8. So I got there around 8:20. It is probably my fault since I was there a little too early. But the guy was in the office and he just ignore me. I even tried to call their number a couple times. The phone is ringing and he just ignore me. When he opened the door at 8:30, the only thing he told me is that We open at 8:30. So he definitely saw me waiting.Is it fun to watch a customer standing outside the door for 10 minutes? Can you be a little more considerable? I guess I might be asking too much?

Local business run by nice local people- offering all kinds of services from white glove shipping for some more delicate and heirloom type items to drop off and pick up services for higher volume shoppers!

Never Again. Was overcharged by 30 dollars for domestic fedex. home delivery. I have a FedEx account and if I used my account with same box and weight it would have cost 30 dollars less. The only service provided was to print and put the label on the box. That shouldnt cost 30 dollars extra

I would give zero stars if I could. The owners of this store are not customer service oriented. I believe I was erroneously overcharged so I brought my receipt in to show them and discuss. They completely shut me down and started blaming the USPS for having different prices all the time and charging willi-nilli. They made absolutely NO attempt to come to a resolution with me. They were completely unwilling to see if there was an error at the time of checking out (that happens from time to time, you know, human beings making mistakes? and then you can correct it). These people are flat out jerks. I will NEVER be going to this establishment again, not even to drop-off a pre-labeled package.

Ive been there 3 times. The first two I was double charged. Luckily my bank caught it. This last time he would not take my return to amazon using the tracking number given to me by amazon for the return. Ill drive to Wisconsin Rapids instead of Marshfield from now on.

The only UPS type of store in town. My only criticism is the wait time is sometimes poor.

They ship OK and everything but what I dont like is that they knock on my door open it up and leave my packages inside my house, I feel its an invasion of privacy
