I wish I had gone into this store before last weekend, but glad I finally did. The salesperson I worked with was the best example of customer service I have ever seen. I wish I remembered her name, but she made the experience all about me. I will only go here for painting needs because my experience was so good.

The gentleman that helps was very helpful and informative. He was really busy but took the time to make sure all my questions were answered.

Sales Associates were great. My issue is with SW corporate. No WiFi permitted in store. Cant access My SW app in Sherwin-Williams!!! Whats the point of the app!? Im still mad.

I recently bought over $100 of paint on July 19th shortly before this store closed for the night.Not one single employee told me about the big sale they were having starting on the 20th of July, their forty percent off sale. I sincerely wouldn’t mind, except I thought it was unbelievably unprofessional to sell a customer so much paint without even mentioning the biggest sale of the year starting the next day!I went in the next morning to buy more paint and was shocked to see this 40% off sale. I then politely asked if it was possible to get the paint I had bought a few hours earlier at the 40% off rate. I had the receipt in wallet and showed the manager. The paint was in my car not even opened.The manager Mel told me that I was completely out of luck. She told me that they have been advertising this sale all week and that I should have waited.I told her how no employee, including her since she was there the previous night, shared the news of the sale with me and if I only would have known, I would have waited a until next morning to buy my paint.Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in the service and I am kicking myself for not going to Hillers in the first place.
