I gave them a laptop that needed to reverse the latest update. Very simple fix. I picked up a dead computer. And, I paid them $50 diagnosis fee. His diagnosis was completely off. I could have fixed it but was too busy to do it myself. Now i regret dealing with business.

Terrific, fast, reasonably priced, trustworthy service. You cant ask for much more. They not only do what you ask but try to understand the problem you are trying to solve to ensure they are providing the best solution. In my case, I was looking to boost performance on a laptop I use for work and I was planning to simply upgrade the RAM but they suggested also replacing the hard drive with a solid state drive. It wasnt just an upsell. I saw an immediate boost in performance from both the SSD and the RAM upgrade. Highly recommended.
