The store is a hit or miss. Wish all gamestop would have more merchandise goods since Covid. Seems rather empty. But overall we are always pretty happy. Keep up the good work.

The lady there was so nice and helped my son, and made his birthday awesome. Every time we go there everyone is so helpful.

The male clerk we see here often is always willing to strike up conversation about the customers interests and very helpful when buying for others never lets me leave without a good deal. During the holiday rush other staff were a little confused about how some sales worked and were visibly annoyed with the amount of people in the store. Always organized and clean.No piles of games or mech stacked on the counter like Rapids Location.

Ive gone in here and had a pretty bad time every time. I do have to admit the staff is always friendly but every used game i have bought has been broken and i have to drive back to get a new copy. I also have had lots of problems with the xbox 360 power bricks. I went in and attempted to but a xenon power brick and they gave me a jasper power brick. But overall still convenient when the new cod drops

Super awesome, stopped in from out of town while bumming the city. Decided to stop and was super excited to see that you had this months A Day with Pikachu figure!! Saved me from the stressful time it is when these things go live on the Pokemon Center website. I have them all so far, was excited to save on shipping as well. Guy working was super helpful. I love this location, will visit the next time we are in the area.

Love GameStop. However the Gamestop in Marshfield WI specifically has pissed me off or at least one of the workers has and next time i see him i will confront him. I took my brother into GameStop to get a new headset for his xbox one, and the worker was telling me about the RIG headset and how great it is and even gave me back story about the creators creating the company out of their garage and they make military headsets. I believed him why wouldnt i? He is supposed to be the expert. So i got home and decided to google the company and turns out he made the entire story up just to try and convince us to buy the most expensive pair of headset in the store. I guess i didnt realize GameStop was a car dealership just after that commission.

I recently acquired an Xbox 360 from a friend that was missing an ac power supply cord. Unfortunately they were out at the time, but the guy working was so approachable, I ended up staying an hour and brought 4 games...

Usually love the store and its employees. However just recently picked up a ps3 controller that i was told was a Sony brand controller. Paid my 40$ and took it home, but soon realized that nowhere on the controller did it say Sony or even dualshock 3. It was instead a cheap knock off I couldve got on the internet for less than 10 bucks! Returned it today and when I told the employee it wasnt even a real sony brand controller I got attitude instead of an apology that i paid 40$ for a 10$ controller. Dont know if Ill be back.
