Barb was great. She helped answer all our questions. Even though we installed it ourselves, Barb was always a phone call away for help when we needed it. The floor view app is amazing. Very happy with our purchase and also had a few small area rugs cut and binded. Great customer service!

Had Marshfield Carpet City do LVP throughout my first floor. I am very happy with the results! They look great, don’t show dirt and are easy to keep clean. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner!

We recently updated the flooring throughout our entire house. We also added a tile shower and backsplash. This was all new to us and Barb and Kris were so helpful! They explained all of our different options that would work best in a pet friendly home. They showed examples and helped pull samples for us to use and narrow down our choices. Their prices were also very competitive. I would go back to Carpet City any day to purchase flooring or tile needs.

Sandy helped out pick out the right type of laminate flooring for our house considering we have a dog and 3 kids! She was great! Very patient! We were able to take home samples multiple times to find just the right color. We love the flooring we chose. They do have people that can install. We were so happy with Jessies work and level of professionalism. It was a great experience. Definitely would purchase from them again.

Was very impressed working with the marshfield carpet city. Tom was helpful showing us around the store while Cheryl was helpful coordinating the flooring and carpet colors. I was especially impressed that she came to our home to look at the color of my existing blinds to make sure everything flowed together. Danny and Mike did a beautiful job laying the vinyl wood floor and the carpet. Everyone was very professional and friendly. My house looks outstanding thanks to carpet city!

Fantastic service from start to finish. They matched a previous quote I had got and even beat it by giving me a better quality carpet. The installers were in and out in a day on a whole house carpeting and did a phenomenal job. I would definitely go back!
