They cleaned and preserved my daughters wedding dress. Very nice and professional. I was looking for an in-house cleaner with a good reputation. They were very nice. Called me to view it before boxing. Ended up cleaning it twice as the bottom was filthy from an outdoor wedding and photos.

I needed to have a dress altered (shoulder straps taken up) I google searched alterations near me and came up with 2 both in Rockland, went to the first and was told it would be $70.00, I left with the dress, the second which offers 1 hour alterations advised they didn’t have enough time… went to lapels as I used to use them for my dry cleaning- what an excellent experience, went in- the seamstress ( wish I remembered her name such a nice person) did the measurements, took the dress and had it ready when I needed it to be - and charged under 20! I will never go anywhere else, the owner and all the employees are amazing!!

Upon my first visit, I spoke directly with the tailor about a pair of jeans I wanted hemmed and she explained to me the different styles/stitching I could choose from. The turnaround time was very reasonable (each within a week) and my clothing items came out perfect. Drycleaning. Great efficient and fast. Team members are friendly. They are a bit pricey compared to my previous cleaners in Marshfield. However, you get what you pay for. My only recommendation is to email emailed coupons to loyal customers.

I had two garments altered by the seamstress Carolin at the Marshfield location for my wedding, one item was a sequin dress and the other was a jumpsuit. Both items came out wonderful. I couldnt be more satisfied! Also, I felt comfortable in the dressing room and Carolin was very assuring that she would care for my garments. Great price for the services, too. I will definitely go back with more items to alter. (Side note: That being said, not all the cashiers are well trained in customer service, so be sure to ask questions and be assertive with what your needs are. Its a hit or miss depending on whose working that day )

I’m new to the neighborhood. I tried this place first based on convenience to my home since and thus far it’s been great. I picked up my cleaning today and also received a $5 coupon for next visit. No restrictions. Clean, friendly, and they even recycle the hangers they use. Will continue to bring my business here.

Lapels in Marshfield is the best. My order is always ready before the promise date. They send an email to let me know my order is ready. My clothes are always done perfectly.And when I was in a jam one Saturday the owner dropped my clothes off at my house for me! You don’t get that kind of personal service anywhere. They do an excellent job from sweaters to coats. I like that they have a seamstress there as I cant sew! Also, I like that my clothes dont have that chemical smell like other dry cleaners. I wold definitely recommend them.

Stay away, go anywhere else for your dry cleaning needs.Apparently if you do have a concern, management pretty much ignores you.Ridiculous pricing and poor quality.Total lack of any customer service on managements part.

I went teir a couple of years ago and was not happy with the work or thr service. Well I finally said, Ill give them another shot. I have a sruffed polar bear on a stand with a little penguin at his feet. 15 years of xmases. I brought him and a pair of drapes that needed to be shortened. My polar bear and his friend came out absolutely perfect and the drapes are perfect. With the extra material I made runners foe my nightstand. Sorry this is so long, but it had to be said.
