Went out of the way to provide tools we didnt have to fix an issue we went in for. Counter customer service employee very personable and also went above and beyond to squeeze us into the schedule because we were passing through town, needed a small fix. We called 20 minutes ahead and didnt have to wait when we arrived.

The gentlemanwas rude and tried talking me out of buying my tires.

Everytime I have called it has been at least a week before they can fit me in. Unbelievable

While I worked there I had gotten my ford escapes ball joints replaced because of the tread on my tires were wearing unevenly. When i traded my car in to a dealership a few months later he messaged me about a month after trading it in and the dealer, a family friend, told me that I was lucky a wheel didnt come off because the ball joints looked as if theyd never been replaced. What a waste of money and a joke of auto repairs. Dont make the same mistake.

They have no idea what is going on in their own shop. I explained what was happening with my car and was given an appointment. I show up and someone else tells me that oh no, thats not enough time for this. Come back. I reschedule. I start getting phone calls asking if I really made this appointment, is this really the time I want? My expectations werent the highest to begin with, but they cant even manage an appointment schedule.

Ok for tires - iffy for mechanical - also request hand torque on wheel lug nuts, otherwise theyll impact them on so tight you wont be able to get them loose!!!
