We went to buy two mattresses, one to replace a sagging 3 year-old mattress and the other to furnish a guest room. Cameron appropriately encouraged us to look into any warrantee on the sagging mattress and then steered us to the reasonably priced guest room option. Finally we decided on a Purple mattress and spent lots of time deciding on which version to buy. Professional and laid back, a good experience.

Austin was my salesperson at the Marshfield store. Everyone at the store is helpful and knowledgeable but the reason I was able to make a solid decision with Austin is because he made me comfortable and confident in my final decision. He provided me the pros and cons w each mattress and was even able to tell me that a particular mattress would NOT be good for me before I tried it and he was right every time. He explained how certain beds would be suitable for my body type and why. It came down to two mattresses.I hope I made the right decision. If not they have the 120 trial period where I can exchange the bed. He provided me w the finance options at 0%. Let’s face it. A mattress is a big purchase! It’s good to have options. I think a lot of sales people forget to bring up the financing and if they brought it up like Austin did they would sell more mattresses. Thank you Austin for helping me w this purchase and being thorough and not rushing me. This review is on Austin’s performance. Let’s hope Mattress Firm delivers good service after the sale!

My husband and I went today to purchase mattresses for two beds in our home. Austin helped us. He was great. He made the process so easy. He was knowledgeable on the various mattresses. He made recommendations without pressuring us in any way toward a particular type. We made our decision fairly quickly. It is so nice to see a young man doing a great job and taking pride in his work. He was professional, personable and thorough. We even bought the bundles (cover, pillows and sheets) because we trusted him and wanted to buy those things from him. Great job, MATTRESS FIRM, hiring and training such a talented young man.

I went to Matress Firm expecting a sleezy sales guy and an annoying hard sell. Their employee Raj was a total departure from my expectations. He was professional and more than willing to let me lay on almost every mattress in the store, even during COVID-19 times. Raj clearly explained all my options and didnt push me to buy right away. The prices were competitive with online and even had floor models of online brands like Purple Matresses. If you go to Mattress Firm make sure you speak to Raj, hes the man.Im now the happy owner of a Purple Hybrid 3 with no hard sell or annoying warranty sales pitch. Thanks Raj!

Bought a mattress a few weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Bridget was the person that helped me and she was great. She was very knowledgeable and showed me so many different features that I wouldn’t have even thought to consider. I was originally going to buy a mattress online for the convenience, but was wary of getting something I didn’t love. Bridget recommended the Tulo mattress which is exactly what I was looking for as I was trying to compare to my old mattress that I loved, but I was moving up to a King. I even saw a few days later that there was a sale from the Tulo website and Mattress Firm honored it and happily gave me a $150 credit. The person I spoke to was also very nice and helpful. The bed was promptly delivered and with the base I also ordered, was set up in literally 10 minutes. Overall a perfect experience and I would definitely recommend Bridget at Mattress Firm Marshfield

I had to do a replacement in Marshfield MA. From the moment I stepped in the store Steve Lintine (not sure of the spelling) was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with.
