Nice place, pleasant salesman. He made sure I knew all my options. Only thing I didnt like was that the website made me think that a frame Id been looking at online would be here at this location, which isnt true. Like most Mattress Firms, they have only mattresses, box springs, pillows, and the like. They do have the standard steel frames, which I did purchase, and they CAN order the items on the website, but I can do that myself obviously. So, other than that misunderstanding (which is not the fault of this store) it was a perfect purchase. My daughter loves her first Big Girl Bed. Thanks!

My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress. Our salesperson was very helpful, responsive to our many questions, and gave us many options and money-saving possibilities. While he was certainly trying to make the sale, he was not overly pushy or abrasive. He did a lot of checking up on different inventories to try to meet our needs. I just wanted to say how happy I was with the customer service that we were given. Wayne was not only knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at but very polite and courteous. He remembered me, and addressed me by my name...which was nice not feeling like I was just another sale to be made. He helped us through the whole process with ease. After we were pretty much decided on the one we wanted, he then took us to a few other mattresses to not only compare, but to make certain that we were picking out one we would be best satisfied with. Wow what a nice young man Lance is. We got a very good deal on a couple of beds. On 8/27 20 we went to Mattress Firm looking for a bed for my wifes parents, and ended up buying one for us too. Love love love their labor day sale!!!

Worked with Lance. He did great job explaining the mattresses we were interested in and helped us find the perfect bed. He also helped us find the best promotional sales that for our interests and the best products.

I was met by the manager of the store who patience with me as I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted. He let me walk around and test beds out while he explained the difference in the beds. All the pros and cons. After an hour and a half I decided on a bed and he was wonderful and threw in a pillow for me. Would recommend to anyone 😃👍

Recently purchased a Purple3 mattress from the Marshfield WI store. Due to the recent Covid issues, our delivery took much longer than initially expected. Joe Buffington took exceptional care of us from beginning to end, doing everything he possibly could to make sure we were taken care of. We were very impressed with his above and beyond customer service skills. We now have the mattress and have never had a better nights sleep. My husband and I went in just browsing because we needed a new mattress. The salesman Mike was amazing. I was being extremely frugal and indecisive but he was very patient and willing to work with us. We spent around 2 hours in there but my husband and I were about to walk away empty handed because I just couldn’t find a price point I was comfortable with. We then found a Queen sized TULO Mattress online that was more of my price point which came with 2 free pillows and Mike was more than willing to match the price with the pillows saving us several hundred dollars. Went and ordered a custom mattress for our motorhome, size,thickness, firmness and style. The mattress was ready when promised, and was exactly what we wanted. It fit perfectly and we slept really great.

Both of our salesmen were very customer friendly and willing to work with us to get us the best one for what we wanted in a mattress. We thought we needed a firm one but after sleeping on it for awhile, we decided we picked one that was too firm, so we went back and asked for some other options. They were so accommodating and arranged for us to exchange our firm one for a plush model (ISeries 300). So far, we love it!
