I was having an issue with a Mopar wheel lock on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I called what seemed like every tire shop in Plymouth County. Nobody would help me within any reasonable amount of time. Call back in 2 weeks, was the standard response I was getting. After all the horror stories you hear about going to the dealer and leaving with all sorts of extra repairs you didnt know you needed, (and probably didnt), I called Quirk as a last resort. They too, were very busy. After hearing about my dilemma, Matt from service said if you come by in one hour, and not before then, I will try and squeeze you in. We are very busy, but I have a small window between jobs and if youre here in one hour, then I will do my best to try and accommodate you, no guarantees though.Well, I showed up, found Matt, and had to wait about 2 seconds before being told to pull my vehicle in. He accessed the damages and agreed they were as bad as I thought they were. Amongst their busy schedule, they still worked my Jeep. They fixed everything just like new and even fixed the other 3 wheels as preventative maintenance. After a good couple of hours plus, I had a bill for only a one hour labor charge! I dont wat to quote their rates, but found the charge to be more than reasonable. I wouldve paid double without question. After all, I was expecting it. He insisted thats all I owed. I offered to by them lunch, offered a tip. He smiled and said thank you, thats not necessary. Its what were here for. Any other time, I would have thought that was typical and clichéd. But for once it wasnt. This is a dealership I will buy my next Jeep from. While waiting employees from other dept.s offered to bring water for my dog whom was with me. They blew a hole through the stereo-type that dealerships rip you off. Would I recommend them to my own mother? Id insist it. If the way Matt worked with me is any indication of how they do business and treat customers, then Id recommend them to anyone who reads this review. I never do reviews, but this one was worth it! Bought my Jeep while it was in transit. Mike was great at letting me know what to expect and contacted me as soon as it came in. He was patient in answering the questions that I know I asked more than once and did not rush me through the paperwork knowing that it was overwhelming. He walked me through everything in the Jeep and was patient was that too because wow vehicles have gotten fancy. When I brought it back to get my inspection sticker a few days later, the guy was very nice. I unfortunately forgot his name. I asked him one question and he quickly looked into it for me. So far so good.

Went in close to closing hours which I acknowledge, but the sales guy mike told me he wished he could help, but was too busy with other things that had to get done and therefore could not show me details on a grand Cherokee lease. Probably not the best way to handle that. Will be taking my business elsewhere. The young man on the lot who brought the car up was very friendly and helpful, though. Wish I could’ve have just worked with him!

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I typically hate dealing with Auto dealers but the sales people here (Chris Kasper in particular) have been amazing and accommodating. There is no hassle, no extensive negotiation, just great service and value with no headache like a typical buying experience. I have bought three trucks from this dealership in the past years time and am looking at purchasing a fourth here again... cant say enough, they even found a rebate that they missed after closing the last sale and are mailingme a check back for $750!

Well initially I had a good experience with the sales department and buying my 2020 Dodge Ram truck. So in no way is my 1 star rating directed towards the sale, let me be clear. When paint began bubbling, the shocks began squeking and something else grinding underneath the vehicle, I brought the truck to quirk marshfield service department for warranty coverage. As part of the warranty, quirk marshfield “ took photos, checked the shocks and grinding” they said nothing was wrong with the shocks. They assured me that the paint bubbling was not common, however would send it to dodge for warranty. A month went by and I called back to follow up. The service person said that it was a waiting game on dodge’s end. Understandably, I waited another 2 months to do a follow up. The service person now said that the pictures were never taking and that the warranty was never submitted . I requested to speak with the service manager who called me right back and said there was nothing that could be done. I would have to bring the truck back to them( almost an hour and a half drive). He said the old service manger never submitted anything and reiterated nothing could be done till I brought the truck back.Unsatisfied with the answer, I sent an email looking to speak with the general manger to have this rectified. The truck is 67k and and expensive monthly payment . The general manager has not reached out, however the service manager did and suddenly could get things moving if I wanted to take photos. I told the service manager(nick) that we are past him because at first there was nothing he could do. Suddenly Nick was able to get things moving.I made it clear that I was looking to speak with the general manager. It appears the general manager does not care about a customer concern about a vehicle purchased from the dealership.In response to the “owner”. I spoke with the service manager right after speaking with the service person. I was told nothing could be done. I am not refusing to bring the truck back what so ever. I was hoping to hear from the general manager after I was not satisfied with the service managers answer. I already took a day off of work and traveled to your dealership in order to get this fixed, to find out there was a “miscommunication”. Stand behind your customer service and have someone either travel to me or schedule it at another dealership closer to me to rectify this issue. I tried on my end going to another dodge deworm and they said any warranty work needs to be done through the purchasing dealership.Update: I reached out to the dodge manufacturer myself, they were appalled. They immediately opened my warranty claim and assigned me a case number . They also set me up with an appointment at 495 Dodge for the warranty work

Our household has leased multiple SUVs and trucks over the years through Quirk, but its our most recent experience thats considerably remarkable. Wed felt strongly that wed enjoy driving the Challenger, but learned within six months that it didnt fit our lifestyle. Its the hardest thing to admit a mistake and ask for help; Without hesitation Quirk bought back the car, created a new lease agreement for an appropriate SUV, then transferred the plates w/out any consequences resulting from early termination of the Challenger lease. I can absolutely say in good conscience that Quirk CDJR respects and treats its customers better than family. No one wants or needs to hear a lecture. We value and appreciate our relationship with the Marshfield Team more-over for their care and consideration of our households well-being, in addition to finance standings amongst creditors.

I have only had excellent experiences with the leasing of a Jeep at the Quirk dealership in Marshfield. They work with you to get the vehicle you want and at a good price. They make it so easy, they do everything from registering, getting the new plates and inspection sticker. This is my third three year lease from Quirk Jeep, I recommend them to everyone. The service is also excellent. Everyone that works there are great, Tear Chimm is the best.

We live on the Cape. We recently bought a Winnebago Travato camper on a Ram Promaster chassis. We were told when we bought it we could have warranty work for the promaster done at any businesslink facility. Turns out only if they so choose. After calling 4-5 different places, that were closer to us, all refused to do the work. We found Victoria and John at Quirk. They both said no problem. Even though they are an hour+ from us we will travel the distance. They took the time to fix our TPMS and made sure it was working before we left. Thank you Quirk.

I had a great experience here! I went in last Tuesday to look at a 2020 wrangler and by the next day or two everything was all set. I was able to pick up my car Friday! Chris helped me figure out the best and more affordable plan for me without any pressure. He walked me through the set up of the car and how everything worked before leaving the dealership. Poor experience on many levels.Someone at this dealership actually told my wife they wouldnt service our 2006 Jeep Commander because they didnt have any service records on the vehicle. This was a simple transmission fluid and filter change. She thought it sounded strange, but didnt question it further at the time. I wish she got the employees name because I would have pursued this with the corp. office. We had to have the service done elsewhere.Fast forward 12 months. We are looking for a new vehicle and considering a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited or Tahoe. When it came time to test drive and price the Jeep she went to back to Quirk Jeep because they are the closest dealer. Lets just say her experience there was less than pleasant.Buying a NEW vehicle shouldnt be a bad experience. You shouldnt feel like you are being coned by slick willy or pressured to make a deal by a sales manager but thats exactly what it felt like to shop for a new vehicle at Quirk.The very next morning we went to Best Jeep in Plymouth. We met a very nice and professional sales person, test drove the vehicle we were interested in, worked with the manager (who was also great) on the numbers and came to an agreement on the price that we all felt good about. We purchased the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited on the spot.

I visited this location last week with interest in a Jeep Compass Sport, drove 30 miles only to be met by a disinterested salesperson. Their attitude seemed like they valued their time more than the customers.We were not greeted well on arrival instead pointed to the keys for a test drive. Post the drive we were asked to give an estimate and waited by the desk while they pulled some financing data.We were then taken to a desk and after a brief take it or leave it chat we were asked to look at other dealerships and return if still interested- In and out in 5 minutes.Peculiar isnt it? Working and building a relationship with the customer is key and that was the missed opportunity here. It is ludicrous to have a salesman/business direct customer to other competitors. I feel like I was judged on whether the salesperson’s time would be productive.A friend who recommended the dealership suggested that they got a great deal and customer service. Neither the salesman nor Quirk can come this far with the same approach to every customer, so I wonder what kind of a bias this was.Quirk is a large organization and perhaps can afford to have a couple of unhappy customers and unsold inventory.P.S. I reached out to Quirk with a descriptive feedback but got no response. I see that they have responded to almost every review here and I wonder if they will choose to stay silent.Quirk- If you decide to respond, don’t apologize and direct to an email ID. Instead, proactively reach out to me. That’s the least amount of courtesy and respect you can show here.

The salesman was not at all interested in selling the vehicle. Shared false information and quotes. Time was more important to him than customer service. Maybe a training on how to deal with customers should be arranged for the person. Don’t go there if you want a good car and customer service. I would have given no star if it was an option.

These guys pull all of the stereotypical dealer tricks, leave you waiting 40 minutes while they talk to the manager. The advertised pricing online is also not available unless you qualify for each set of discounts, very much a scam to get you in the door and attempt to wear you out with the back and forth. The conditional offers listed on the online price are only part of what you have to qualify for apparently. Affiliate pricing is supposed to be below dealer invoice and was very much NOT so. Not sure who is leaving the good reviews but read the bad reviews for the reasoning behind them and youll see they are legitimate reviews.

I had a service appointment for last week on my baby, 2015 Dodge Challenger RT. As you can see it sees its fair share of car shows so releasing it to anyone for service is always a scary thing. The car was coming in for an oil change and my a rubber hood seal had deteriorated. When I pulled into service drive I was met by Mark V. who had apparently seen the issue I was experiencing before. within an hour I was informed that the oil change was done and the hood seal was in stock and already been replaced. Cant thank the team at Quirk enough for their attention to detail and care for my vehicle. Will be back for future needs.

Was very disappointed in this dealership. I will start by saying that I work in sales. The young salesman (David) who greeted us was pleasant but did not give straight answers to questions we asked. He made us wait an unnecessary amount of time while he spoke to the Sales Manager to get us a price. He came back with a price of $397.00 a month for a 42 month lease. I told him we were quoted a much lower price for another brand of truck. He then made us wait again for an unreasonable amount of time and finally came back with the sales manager who proceeded to offer the same vehicle for $288.00 if we signed today. I asked how could you tell me $397.00 and now offer it over 100.00 off? The manager was rude and dismissive and told me to “not worry about how they get the numbers”. He then offered the truck to me for $275.00 if I signed right now. I told him I was turned off by the lack of transparency and thought it was shady they could sell it for $275.00 now but tried to get me to pay almost $400.00. He then offered it to me for $250.00 if I signed right now. Too little, too late. I could not give them my business because of their initial inflated price and the sales managers rudeness.

I was told to go check out a truck (that i didn’t want, and was told to “just check it out”) and my sales rep left me alone and started working with another customer. I hate going to car dealerships, however this one was quite different. When I pulled up to the dealership I walked outside for a bit to look at a few Wranglers they had in stock when I was greeted by Mike Joyce. He knew everything there was to know about the vehicle I had picked out. We test drove it and I was quite impressed. I had drove wranglers I’m the past but these newer ones sure is a difference. When we got done with the test drive both him and the sales manager Pat Cross did their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Very low pressure dealership. When it got down to numbers, they understood where I needed to be and did everything i their power to get me there. After signing some paperwork in with the business manager, I am now the proud owner of a new Jeep Wrangler. One of the best experiences ever, hand down. I went there today. I was interested in a jeep wrangler loaded. I was brought inside to a sales representative. I asked if theres was any type of deals, prices discounts etc. Basically hes response, mannerism were ungenuine, unprofessional as if he would be going out of his way to even speak with a potential customer. I mentioned I had no trade in. Cash purchase. What the financial interest were. Just common questions. He responded- Basically 1 to 2 percent if you have good credit. That was the end of our conversation. He showed absolutely no interest in me whatsoever. I was highly disappointed. He didnt ask if I wanted to see a vehicle. Nothing. Dont blame Covid-19 soical distancing on his unprofessional behavior thats not an excuse. By the way, he was just sitting behind his desk the whole time. Could NOT even bother to standing up. Talk about total unprofessional.

Last week I had such a great buying experience with quirk and our salesman David Backus that my mother went in a few days later to get her own Jeep Cherokee. She was just as pleased with the experience as I was and yesterday went on and on about how knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely nice David was. He makes the entire process fun and his no pressure approach makes car buying much less stressful. We would both recommend this dealership and especially would tell you to ask for David!

The staff is so friendly and inviting and they are super helpful! I have been going to them since I got my Jeep Compass in 2016 and they have taken good care of my car since then! I’m grateful they also make sure my car is up to date and I recently went for an oil change and the heat stopped working so they fixed it for free even though it was over the 3year warranty! I highly recommend them!

Recently went to get my first Jeep here. Hands down the BEST experience Ive ever had at a dealership. They got me in the Jeep I wanted, at a price better than I expected . Best of all, they were fair from the beginning. They rushed to get the SUV ready and I was able to leave in my new Jeep the same day signing the papers, they even made sure i left with new CC&I plates put on! Cant speak highly enough!!

Best customer service in the parts department that I have experienced with an auto dealer! Traded in my 2012 Wrangler which had both the hard/soft top hardware. Went to attach my old soft top to the new 2016 and came to find the brackets for attachment were not installed on the new jeeps frame. Dan in the parts department took the time to find the parts I needed and made sure everything would fit properly. 5 stars

I traveled 60 miles to see if their advertised prices were true and much to my surprise they were! There were no gimmicks or stories about me not qualifying for their discounts. The online price was what I paid for my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Big Horn Edition.I initially dealt with Patrick, one of their sales managers and then when I was ready to actually buy the truck I dealt with Bob Beard from sales. I drove from the cape yesterday to quirk Jeep in Marshfield Ma. I made a deal with them for a 2020 wrangler that they had on the lot. I signed all the paperwork and gave them a check for $3000. I was picking up my new Jeep on Tuesday May 26th. Spent about 2 hours there finalizing everything. I had been going back and forth by email with Steve Barry for about 2 weeks to get this done! I was very excited that the deal was finally done! I was on my way home back to the cape and received a call from Steve Barry saying that quirk Jeep in Braintree had sold the car and that the deal was dead! I have never had anything like this happen to me before. I would like to warn anyone else thinking of making a deal with them that you might not get your dream car after you sign the contract! I even called the general manager Eric in Braintree and he could care less that this happened!

I dropped off my grand Cherokee for an oil change at 830. I was greeted by Steven Storey, he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He said my vehicle would be done within an hour, in 45 minutes I received a phone call from Steven to notify me the vehicle was ready. The oil change was quick and he even made sure to fill my empty windshield wiper fluid. I was very impressed, Steve was great will definitely be back for the next oil change.
