This was my second purchase from Lang. As with the first they made it easy fast and friendly. I live a couple hours away so most of communication is done over phone the first purchase they sat on the phone with me for almost a hour answering my questions to make sure I was getting the machine I needed. when i get to store everything is ready to go. Even when I show up with out a set time. . I drive past 4 other dealers to get to Lang one is only 5 min from my home. Great service great staff highly recommend

Bought a Custom Made Tooth Bar for my Kubota Loader... Nate helped me out.. Was an awesome person to talk to and do business with.. No Frills.. No Gimmicks... Just the highest quality USA made attachment that I wanted.... I asked him if hed make me an add on grappler too... He said no problem... And told me it would take about a month.. I believe its worth it for what he makes... Local ... USA made...

Good people, great prices

They dropped of new Bad Boy mower that ran rough and was told they would adjust the choke cable if it kept it up . Called an st a time for them to come and a no show. Supposedly came a few days later but never told me and I was not home. Going on a bout a month now still not adjsted.

We walked in only one person there. I realize working with another customer but could have greeted and said be right with you but we got nothing. Sorry wont be back.

We attended the Farm Tech show in Marshfield to look at the many different brands of tractors there. At the Lang Equipment booth, we talked to Ben Lang. He took the time to show us the features and benefits of a Branson tractor, then answered our questions. We did order one. We then spoke to Nate Lang about the implements available. He also took time to discuss what we might use. When the tractor was delivered by Ben, he again took time to give us an orientation of the tractor. For anyone who might be considering a tractor, we highly recommend you to stop by and talk to the people at Lang Equipment.

Nice people but not very organized,usually takes 10 minutes to find the person who is supposed to be behind the counter but never is. Also if they give you a deadline on the day your equipment is ready you better add on atleast a week
