When I found Fibrenew could fix my red leather couch and recliner seats, I was elated! I was told by the company I bought the furniture from that there was no way to fix the worn off color on the seats. I was going to have to get new furniture. I called Josh from Fibrenew of Central Iowa and he told me it COULD be fixed. I looked at all the Before and After pictures and read all the reviews and was very impressed. I made an appointment for Josh to come and see what he could do. He worked his magic and made my furniture look brand new again! No kidding...like NEW! Very happy! Josh with Fibrenew was very prompt in responding to my initial repair request. We’re aren’t on his regular route so he was honest in telling me up front it might be a bit of a wait but actually it wasn’t bad at all. He kept communication open during the short time we did wait. When he arrived he was very courteous and professional. My main concern/goal with getting our leather couch repaired was to prevent the damage from spreading. Josh repaired 9 hits on my vinyl siding from a hailstorm. Phone conversations were polite and courteous. Josh came to our home to repair our Ekornes chair. The chair is over 20 years old and the dye had begun flaking off. Josh was very professional and got right to work. The finished product is wonderful! It looks like new!! It cost a fraction to have the chair refinished than if we would have bought another new Ekornes chair. Were very satisfied with the results and can recommend Josh without hesitation!

I had a small tear in my leather couch. After Josh did his magic, the tear had disappeared. I couldn’t believe it! Josh was also polite in giving me a call before he came to let me know that he was running behind schedule an wanted to make sure it would still work with my schedule for him to come.
