This is the farm store to beat all farm stores, friendly, helpful and courteous staff, when you ask questions they give sound advice and the few times the person didnt know they found someone who knew. Cashiers are friendly and fast. Oh and the store is SOOoooo clean!!

Clean stored with good variety of items to puchase. Great fishing and hunting supplies and outdoor smokers supplies such as wood chips and meat seasoning. Beef jerky mixtures and yard equipment. Go in and walk around, you will be coming out with something.

I go there a lot to get bird seed its the best place to get bird seed and theyre way cheaper than everyone else and I love their old-fashioned candy area brings back memories of when I was young I spend a lot of money in there I buy food for the rabbits the squirrels the birds stray dogs and cats I feed possums and raccoons I even got a skunk one night got to watch going outside at night I dont want the skunk to give me his perfume

Great store. Staff member went out of his way to find the price and avaliablety of an unusual item I needed. Clean bright store with large parking lot that has spaces big enough for my truck. Great selection of items I frequently purchase such as boots, tools clothing and garden supplies.

Very good place to buy stuff for farm,animals-dogs,cats,horses, automotive, trucks, tractors, welding. These are just some of them they have an have lots more. Store hours vary an need to call when they are open an closing.

Good service but bad lighting

We are from out of town, and stopped here for a necessity. The guy who helped us was really great. The ladies restroom was filthy and the floor was wet all around the toilets.

Well it looked like a nice store with friendly staff. But after going in that all just fell away when I found the item I came for and proceed to pay for it. After make my purchase something caught my eye so I walked over to it and decided I do not need it . I started to walk towards the exit I over heard a work say rudely did pay for that? And I get this slot because of the color of my skin. Im Native American so I have a very unique skin color

Not a bad place to shop. I do most of my farm buying off of circle C. They actually give a guy tax free for farm use. Seems like runnings dont like to now a day.

Found everything that I was looking for easily

Service is Lacking. Good assortment of products, but lack organization, and customer service. Seems like products are kinda thrown out onto shelf. Customer experience is not as good as it once was.

All around great store. I grew up with Runnings. The original store is in Marshall Mn. My father shopped their when I was a child. I continue to shop their. Some stores have different items. So you cant always find exact same item. Guess thats more of a regional thing

Fun place to go unless you need help finding something. Will tell you they dont have something without even making an effort to look for it. I love to shop there but only for minor things. When I need something big or important for the farm, I go elsewhere that have employees that are knowledgeable and WANT to help.

Almost always has my dogs food, and usually they have $5-10 dollar off coupons for the brand too. Always prefer Runnings over the other guys like them.

Big box store filled with junk food, poor quality merchandise, and over priced clothing. If you shop there get ready to pay one heck of a mark up. You might be better off finding a local store for some items, or a bigger box to save money.

I stop here every time Im in town. Great selection.But now that I think about it, Im not sure Ive ever actually even spoke with an employee that wasnt a cashier.Damn thats strange that I just thought of that. Ive even had some questions but no ones around, then I get distracted by some other got to have item.Whatever, I still like the place. Check it out.

I like Runnings, but there are two items I go specifically there for- and they are ALWAYS out of stock. One is a jerky, the other is a specific size of jeans that my husband wears for work. I find I have to get his jeans online from someone else because there are rarely any available in store.

Great spot to buy basic fishing bait. Minnows. Crawlers, waxies, and sometimes spikes. You might need to hunt down associate since the counter is in the other corner.

While I like the selection of tools and clothing they offer their customer service is really lacking. I made my initial stop there to purchase a 10/3 100 extension cord good for up to 20 amps. Positive thing is I was able to find one with the help of a staff member. Upon locating it we made small talk about how is it possible for a dang cord to be $100 because the tag below it said $94.99. So I decided im going to wander the store and I picked up another couple hundred dollars worth of tools and made my way up front. Cashier lady was pretty nice, rang up my items, the cord being last. It rang up as $159.99 so naturally I was kinda shocked. I decided Id go back and look at the price and sure enough it was sitting on top of that $94.99 tag along with another one. I go back to the register and tell the lady that and she calls for a price check, 10 minutes later I hear over the radio that there on top of the wrong tag, stocked incorrectly, and that it was $159.99. Typically if its the stores mistake then they make it right (they dont expect you to be price detective to make a simple purchase), but Runnings wasnt like that and wouldnt own up to the mistake or budge on the price at all. I left my cart at the register and walked out. Needless to say Menards had a nice $400 purchase shortly thereafter. Customer service is valuable, everybody makes mistakes, if a store cant compensate for an employees mistake that leads me to believe there are better places to shop for things that have warranties and stuff. I MEAN who knows, would they have said they couldnt honor a warranty at some point, i dont want to find out.
