The Squirrel Stopper Deluxe is a delight for the Birds!The ordering was easy; the customer service was off on Sunday, but the BotHelp was more than adequate. It convinced me shipping was indeed free and even offered a $10off Flash Sale!Next morning the live person answered the call (Central Time Zone-10 minutes before opening time!), and assured me everything was fine and the order was expected to ship that day. Product shipped Free and delivered on-time, later in the week.The Squirrel Stopper is well designed, easy to assemble and beautiful when installed. It took all of 20 seconds for the birds to find the feeders on the new post and they were busy all day enjoying the variety of seeds in their new setup. The proof is indeed in the birds eating!I gave them 5* across the board; but here’s what the company can do to make the customer experience perfect:1. The Styrofoam in the packaging produced thousands of tiny pellets – due to the inevitable handling in shipping. This would have been a disastrous beginning had I not been a ‘careful tidy’ person with a Dust-Buster vacuum ready at hand. Perhaps packaging needs an upgrade.2. The Step 5 on the instruction sheet (and the YouTube video of Assembly on-line) leaves something to be desired. One simple remedy for clarity would be to number the included parts (as A, B, C, D, etc.) and reference them clearly in Fig 2.

A hidden jewel and an asset to the Ag community no matter what the operation. You walk in to the storefront and there really is something for everybody in there. Very organized and efficient and the parts staff clearly has extensive knowledge about the products they sell and are eager to answer any questions.

I ordered a 65 gallon leg tank with free shipping.. the shipping wasn’t supposed to be free and was an error on their end. After talking with BarndoorAg they did honor the purchase and I was able to get the tank shipped out

Was told I had to repair my brand new Workhorse ATV 7 nozzle sprayer. Used once less than 3 hours in use and weed killer started spraying out of the connection before the pressure gauge. I thought they would just send me a replacement set up, but I was told they would email me directions on how to adjust the pressure and replace the o ring. I bought new so i would not have to be messing with this. People were nice, just didnt get that I didnt want to have to mess with all that. Pressure should have been done and tested before selling. Disappointed, should of stuck with Northern Tool.
