Always has what I need.I dont know if they are short staffed because the checkers arent as friendly anymore .Very well liked Manager .He is always friendly & goes out of his way to help you find what you need .

Well stocked store, but instead of changing plano-grams, they just randomly move a couple of items to new spots at a time. Kind of annoying. Staff is friendly & helpful, store is clean & they try very hard to keep the carts rounded up that are left by lazy people everywhere. Two men have that job, one per shift. Thats alot of moving and running around. Dont be lazy, just put the cart where it belongs, its real simple. Leave your house with stuff dropped wherever? Thought so.

It was s pleasant experience. I wished the app had more detail about the exception in purchasing, i.e. $25 additional purchase to get the ad price. I dont live close enough to a store to receive the paper ad so I depend on the app. Had great prices on other things so I was able to meet the additional $25.

I love Super1 its pretty much the only grocery store I go to and it was the only one my parents used.

Super one foods is my favorite grocery store, but today I drove my girlfriend to the pharmacy and there were not a single car in line, I decided to drive the opposite way, because the pharmacist need it to explain her what to take the medicine, the woman name obdulia had a terrible attitude,like she hated her job and the pharmacist was worried about me park opposite way instead of explaining how to take the medicine, she just told us next time drive the other way and walk out, and all this time it wasnt a single car in line ( grocery store still have 5 stars )

Absolutely love this grocery store!! Prices are great. Cashiers are great. And the quality of their meat is amazing.Always have huge sales.

TYTYTYTYTYTY to the pharmacy for calling around to find prescriptions that was called into the wrong pharmacys and then taking the time to quickly fill it. They went above and beyond.For this matter the pharmacy tech was on hold waiting for CVS n Marshall to answer the phone for 45 minutes. Then they told me they was still waiting for them to answer & I left went to CVS let them know how long Super 1 had been on hold got the prescription that was there and filled.I was back at Super 1 parked and inside back in the pharmacy and the poor lady (pharmacy tech) WAS STILL ON HOLD WAITING FOR CVS TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO HER CALL....OVER A HOUR & A HALF since she had initially called...

Although we frequently shop at Super 1 Foods and have had great experiences, today I had opportunity to use the pharmacy. The employees were not well organized in tracking prescriptions and carrying out the associated completion and delivery. Although a routine prescription, the entire process took well over an hour.

Soooo...tried their online ordering for pick up for first time. Used another stores ordering service prior to this with great success... it super 1 had what I was looking for.Fast, easy, and super polite. Definitely will use again

Its the day b4 Thanksgiving and they are not enforcing the rules of the EXPRESS LANE! Like the place is packed and I only needed a 4 things and there were no buggies available so I was carrying them. I did the bulk of my shopping a week ago to be on the safe side. Well today it took me an hour and 10mins to get 4 items because they are not enforcing the rules...might as well take that sign down that says EXPRESS 15 items or less cause it doesnt mean anything anyways.

Cool store in the country town of Marshall,Tx.

Usually its pretty quick to get in and out, but on several occasions I have had to stop in at the customer service to get a money order and it has been closed due to someone taking their break. Ive had to go else where now for them but other than that good place to pick up a few items.

First I love the prices, other then that, The pharmacy is lacking organization, seems like everyone is trying there best, however I have beengoing there for 4 years and have never had on Rx go smoothly. Always, late according to the date and time promised, If my Dr has to call in my RX three days in advance and it still is not ready, We drive about an hour, and they very rarely has been on time and or correct, thank you

Super impressive the blessed gentlemen in produce was over and beyond in customer service. I called first to find out if they had hatch green Chiles and yes they do and he hooked. Me up with a case of them and I couldnt be more pleased

By far the slowest pharmacy Ive been to. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes to get one prescription...and they dont get in any hurry whatsoever.

I have been shopping at this store for years,but lately it has not been very satisfying. I dont know if it has to do with a change in management or the covid thing, or both but im seriously considering moving my business to Kroger across the street, but I really would rather not as Super 1/Brookshires is Texas based and Kroger is Ohio???

Super 1 has been my pharmacy for the past few years...went today to pick up my 90 day prescription...price went for $9.99 to $17.89 for the same medicine.79% increase...b*llsh*t.Must be the covid increase...Plus it wasnt ready after they sent me a text saying it was...Poor play....

It’s Super1. Don’t expect a great selection. Usually the cheaper cuts and choices of meat. Usually a decent selection of produce though.

Super 1 is my go to store for all my meat. Their selection of meat is amazing. They have weekly sales and I usually stock up each week. The store is clean, and employees are amazing.

Just tried to get fuel, no attendant. Spoke to staff in the store who stated the employee called in and they were short handed so the station was closed. There was no signage to let customers know. People walked up and waited or knocked on the window trying to get service.

The Super 1 in Marshall has good prices but produce dept. Is not the best. The store is not always the cleanest either. I usually shop there most of the time for their sale items.
