Really only go here because of the pharmacy, which is A-1. Food prices are high and their fresh meat is so so.

Just be careful for wet spots on floor. There is always water on the floor somewhereI fell last year and hit my knee really hardThrough pain and suffering and dr. Bills I only got $5000.00

Whether in store through Instacart, Kroger is on the ball. even through the latest issues weve seen in East TX with Covid and now snow, they seem to keep the selection up as best as possible.The staff has always been responsive, courteous, and professional. It is one of my go to places to shop for groceries and miscellanea.

Its a good place to get in and out on a hurry.

Shopped at the Kroger in Marshall Texas..prefer it over the bigger Krogers in Bossier City..plus no sales tax there..

Better than Walmart, but not by much some days. The self check out is a joke lately, with how long it takes an employee to come help there sometimes.

This Kroger location in the past would have gotten a 5 star rating from me. Here recently the rating has dropped to a 3 star. I have been disappointed in the pick up and in person shopping at this Kroger lately. My biggest complaint is the fact that I ordered meat online and when I picked it up the price was almost double what it was quoted online. I drove 45 minutes one way the following weekend to another store because of my disappointment. Kroger’s I will catch you in a few months and hopefully I can improve my rating for you!

They need to have more registers opened.Some people come from work. And do not feel like going grocery shopping to have to do self check out. If I where to do self checkout I should at least get a discount. If someone is on break they should have other employees to cover while on their break. I shouldn’t have to come and wait. Also after a certain time no registers are opened only self checkout they should at least have one register opened. It is not our job to bag while someone just stands there watching us bag. We are not getting paid to do your job so why should we?

This is a happy place. I dont know why but you feel happy about being here and are happy with what you bought there. Its the strangest thing. I cant explain it. You just have to experience it. Their prices are good too. Not too high and you dont feel like you could have done better some where else. Strange huh?

I bought some expired Salted Caramel and Chocolate Kaleidos from the new Bossier City Marketplace... Marshalls Kroger was amazing and allowed me to exchange them! Ive had nothing but great experiences with this store and Im definitely only going here from now on.

Very good deals. It was a pleasant shopping experience. The young man that bagged and helped me load groceries in the car is a very good worker. He was really nice and helpful.

The staff is always friendly! I love being able to go get groceries and have the employees welcome me and recognize me. There is always some handy to help me if I need it. I also really love the clearance and sales that Kroger gives weekly. I feel that their prices are on par, if not better, than its competitors, and I feel that their meat and produce are definitely better than its conpetitors. I rarely shop anywhere else!

Good prices, great employees. This recently went through a reorganization, so some things are still hard to find. Some of the placement seems odd, and thats why I didnt give 5 stars. Ask an employee for help, they seem to genuinely want to assist.

Moved two states away from home and I always shopped at Kroger’s. Get here and use this location and I’m highly disappointed. It’s a good 30 minute drive so I try to come here for some on sale items. The sale items for the week are never stocked.

Everything I wanted was in stock. Great sale price on Dr Pepper!! Friendly staff. Someone even helped with getting groceries into the vehicle. Parking is close and cart return areas are convenient.

Nice store the set up is a little odd. If you like Sushi theres an amazing. They also have a nice wine rack. They would have five stars, but it us like any other American store the people are rude.

I shop here often. It is organized and convenient. Friendly atmosphere with great sales and prices. The deli, produce and meat is of good quality. The have organic alternatives as well. If havent shopped here, I recommend Krogers.

This Kroger is off Hwy 59. This one has a great produce selection. They have a great butchers window, they sell flowers and others.

The pharmacy here has got to be the worst one around. Very slow. I stood waiting, and I was the only person, and the lady played on the computer for 5 minutes before helping me. Then she told me the prescription that was called in and left on voicemail the day before, wasn’t received. I know it was called in, I was standing right next to my coworker who called it in!

The most awesomely nice and friendly service help in the grocery business in town. Helpful. Available for q&a when you need it. Always a simle for you! The look of store is awesome newly revamped has me still looking for things, however there are end caps that have locations paper to take if you dont want chat... Staff Will help you locate your needs if youre new here.. love this place.

I work in a coffee shop downtown, and we have always used Krogers to supply our milk. However, recently I and many of my workers have been reluctant to get milk from Krogers due to an incredibly rude and unfriendly man in the dairy department. I believe his name is Joe. On multiple occasions, he has told me and other workers that we are making his job more difficult than it needs to be by purchasing large quantities of milk. He insisted that, when Im in a hurry, instead of getting the milk myself, I should wait around forever in the dairy section until a dairy worker finds me so I can have them get milk for me from the back. Unfortunately, neither I nor any other worker have the time to wait forever to even get someones attention, much less wait for them to get the milk for us when we could easily do it ourselves. His incredible rudeness and hostility has made all of us reluctant to go to the dairy section when hes there.

This place has always been helpful and the pharmacy did an excellent job for me when I needed to get cold medicine when I was sick. I am on the Accutane medication and honestly I was nervous that the medication that I got would interfere but the pharmacy tech was able to get me the right kind that did not cause damage with the medication.

Don’t ever go to that crusty kroger I went yesterday and bought milk for 4$ and it was spoiled it gave my son diarrhea and now my son is sick the place was crusty musty and shouldn’t be open I say go somewhere out of marshal to go get food

I ordered 2 party trays and cupcakes for my sons birthday party. I put the order in on a Tuesday to pick up Sunday. I asked for the party trays to be all turkey. They were all ham. So they had to make 2 new party trays. I had to wait. Next the cupcakes were more than the price I was told due to the kind of icing I got. The lady that took my order didnt write down any details I told here about the platter. And gave wrong price on cup cakes. They need to train their workers much better and write down all details on peoples orders. I was not happy at all. I like shopping at Krogers but not this one. They messed up all the way around.

I love Dunk in Donuts coffee creamer, and Kroger and Walgreens are about the only stores which stock it. Plus Kroger is a very nice store and I have a rewards card do there.

This store has food and dry goods not found in other local stores in town. Great prices, fresh produce and a Pharmacy with a drive through window. Has a bank and you can even pay your utilities. Need a cell phone, they can hook you up.

Either a quick trip or an all out excursion, Krogers has everything needed to plan weeks worth of meals.

Worst parking lot ever!! People make their own spots and the handicap which we need to use is horrible to access and the pick up spots r always filled with empty cars.

This is a small town store. They have a limited varity of most items. The parking lot is two sizes too small. Gasoline is not offered at this location.

Picked up our groceries. Meats, vegetables, breads, milks, at a discount. In and out in 15 minutes.

This is a really great store because of two reasons. One is the people. An example is I took out 20.00 for my kids lunch at the register but forgot to take the money. I came back asking about it and Johnny the tallest person that worked there saw the money and held it for me. This kind of thing goes on a lot at this store.The other good thing about Kroger is that their mark down items are really marked down. I often find a unexpired roast at half off or better that I drop in the slow cooker the day I bought it. The marked down bread cart is by the hot dog section. I often buy the croissants and put them in the oven for a few min and they are good as new. The bakers in this store know what they are doing.In our town this is the only store with a large organic section. The save the whales crowd can find whatever they need here.The current manager is a well dressed lady that I always see around the store looking after things. She often makes the time to ask me about the store and how they are doing there.The produce department is clean and bright and they are always working with the produce every time I am there. Fresh herbs are available here and no where else in town.The people in the meat department have answered many questions for me and are quite knowledgable. The ladies behind the deli know I pick up the mark down chickens for freezing and will often point out that they have some if I walk by.All the people at the self check out are helpful like Rita, Karen, and Kristi.If you use the Kroger app and click on the coupons they are automatically applied when you use your Kroger customer card. I went there a few months ago and my bill was nearly cut in half from using the app coupons, no sissors were required. If you shop there often enough then best customer coupons appear on the app where the discounts are better than normal and they give you some items free. Its a nice surprise to have four or five items show up that are free. My last trip I received a free pizza, carrots and cake mix. I dont think any other store here does that sort of thing.This store is nice especially with the recent remodel. They remodeled the bath room and I know its the nicest bathroom of any grocery store in town. Its nice to know there is a clean nice bathroom in the store in stead of a horror show.Even the stockers are nice which is unusual.All in all its a very well run clean store. You get the idea that these people actually care about their store and customers. They get along with each other and are happy rather than acting like they are imprisoned pows awaiting release like in other stores.
