Very understanding, great customer service

AP Design helped us out big time to move our business. They helped us save any old signs that we could salvage as well as provide professional installation of new signs. Aside from the great job they did with all our signs, they recommended a window product that was just what we needed! Im extremely happy with their services and recommend them very highly!

I have been a small business owner for a couple years and have shopped at a variety of places online for a variety of items, including clothing. The quality of the embroidery here is superior to that of an online place, prices are competitive too and there was a ton of different styles and fabrics of clothing to try on. Also got some vehicle lettering done, again competitive on price and top of the line work. Thank you AP design.

This was the worst customer service Ive ever received. They did not have samples for the shirt I needed but she measured me and said you need this size, I ordered them, and they were two sizes too small and when I showed her how small they were she told to bad we dont except returns I simply said so keep these for people to try on and give me new ones and she absolutely refused. She was very unkind and rude as well. So I took my business else where. I do not recommend going through so. Also, I went to a higher end store and spent less money for the same exact thing. Google is also making me rate with a star or I cant post my thoughts so dont be fooled by the 1 star rating Im putting up.
