Ashley in the pharmacy was so helpful in filling my script when the fire marshall shut them down during the freeze, she literally save me! I am so thankful to her and the pharmacy for their help.

I have been picking up my medication from here from almost five years now. Most of the staff knows my name When I walk up to the counter! Pharmacist are always super helpful with any questions ! And of course its always super convenient!!!!!! Ive never had any problems or issues!

I called the day before seeing if they have a prescription that I will have that is hard to feel they did have the medication Ill let them know that my doctor will shoot the prescription the next day and I will be by to pick it up the next day. The next day I went to pick up the medication and that morning I was told they had shipped it back to the main Pharmacy and did not have any medication. The main Walmart store in Marshall Texas has the worst customer service I have ever seen even the floor managers I had to track down and they acted like I was wasting their time and they did not want to talk to me or help me this is not a one-time occurrence it has happened every single time I go in at Walmart so I am stuck with dealing with that customer service and attitude because Marshall has only one Walmart. But even the Walmart in Longview has horrible customer service the pharmacy new a customer was tracking down a medication from the night before and then they got rid of it that morning even though I had told them the night before that I would pick it up and have my doctor shoot the prescription to them

I love WalMart Pharmacy. I got flu shot, pneumonia shot for free and Shingles shot only costs me $6.00 with my insurance
