The staff was extremely rude and staff thought it was a good idea to make fun of someone that didnt see the sign on the door that the restrooms wasnt working when we had a sick kid...

This place is disgusting, there excuse for not cleaning anything was its to busy. The moment she said that, I walked to the door snapped a picture. Looks like these people havent cleaned the bathroom in weeks.

Stay the hell away from this place if you value your health. They have mask signs on the doors, but none of the customers were wearing masks. Two employees were present. One wasnt wearing a mask at all and the other one had it pulled down on her chin so it wasnt covering her mouth or her nose. What the hell is wrong with people?

How are you allowed to be open, serve food but not have a bathroom available to the public? Very inconsiderate to watch a customer clenching her legs for several minutes because she had an emergency bathroom situation amd not make am exception. I used to stop amd get food when I travelled through here but NEVER again. Just in case any other patrons need to stop there are NO rest stops or bathrooms available in Marshall so if you have to go you are screwed no exceptions!!!

Just so its clear they dont serve sub sandwiches. Its Chesters fried chicken, and a dinner special hamburger steak, chicken and spaghetti, smothered pork, fried fish, meat loaf etc. With great sides whipped potatoes, homemade potatoe wedges, Mac and cheese, okra, beans and rice, ect. Depending on day of the week!

Very poor staff manners.Had a cook verbally atack me today because she had a god complex second to none.All this for being deaf.

Bad service and rude customer service filthy store I bought a subway sandwich and had hairs in the sandwich went back to get another sandwich and they didn’t know what was i talking about they didn’t speak English PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE At All COSTS!!!
