I made a appointment on the website but never received confirmation of the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment they said they could see me so that was good. When I told them told what vehicle I was driving, 2005 Jeep Wrangler, they told me they couldn’t work on my vehicle because it was to old and they didn’t have the computer to hook up to it. They told me that I could find a local indecent shop to look at it but gave me no information on who to go to. Not very helpful, and I was traveling through the area when I had some vehicle trouble. Don’t go there if you have an old vehicle.

I reached an agreement yesterday with a woman named Tammy Butler on trading my Hyundai Sonata for a used Volkswagen Atlas. I was expecting to drive from Hammond, LA up to their dealership today. When I didnt receive a phone call from Tammy, I called to make sure we were still on for the transaction.She told me that they would not give me the amount that they told me yesterday for my Sonata. She told me that the reason was that my vehicle did not have the Sport trim. I gave her an appraisal from Carmax stating that the vehicle was a Sonata with Sport trim. There are two badges on the car stating that it has Sport trim. The bottom line is that she offered me $1500 less than she told me she would give me the day before. If this dealership cannot determine the trim level of a vehicle, they should not be in business.

Wont buy a vehicle anywhere else but there! Richard and his team is... THE BEST!! Dont waist your time driving anywhere else just head to Marshall!

I travel a good bit and have been on quite a few dealership lots. I can, without question, say that Patterson CDJR Marshall is one of the best there is. My DT Rebel is perfect; I could have gotten that at any dealer. I chose Patterson Marshall because they obviously pride themselves on top notch customer service, attention to detail, and service after the sale. Truck is in to get repaired & serviced quoted 21 hours to complete it, first it was it will be ready by the end of the week but we know how that goes, almost 3 weeks now they say Monday but doubt it, think ill get it next year if im lucky *EDIT* throttle body wasnt evenly put on, screws were looseWas missing 1 screw found in cupholders put it on when took engine cover offintake manifold mass flow sensor missing a screw and the clip where the hose (air sensor )connected to is brokenHad a misfire on cylinder 5turbo & exhaust intake has a hose that was glued to the tube fell down on its own due to heatScrew near sparkplugs was on but not even threaded all the way

My son placed a chip & a pedal commander on his car which caused some problems to his car. Dropped it off at Patterson for inspection due to the fact he will be attending college this fall. Was advised that there wasn’t any major problems from the modifications he made. However the prices that were given to me for basically a tune up ($2,300) were a little too high compared to local shops in town. I declined service however the modifications were removed from the vehicle for $311!!! My son is 18 & he actually installed the modifications in less than 25 minutes! I know dealers are usually expensive but those mods were removed in less than 10 minutes if that long!

Recently bout my 2019 Ram 2500 here and Suzanne was very helpful before, during, and after the sale! She made sure the time I spent there was a great experience! Would definitely recommend Suzanne and the Patterson CDJR group for anyone looking not only for a new or used vehicle but for a new family friendly experience as well!
