I was left very confused. The tech actually serving my vehicle came in and told me one thing, and then the service manager Joe came and told me I needed a bunch of repairs the tech had explained as not being necessary (and he brought parts with him to show me) vs the manager bringing me a paper with over $500.00 in repairs needed.This was the direct opposite of the techs information which was then blamed on a computer when I disputed the computer recommended repairs. Then-a repair made only 5,000 miles ago under warranty needed to be repaired AGAIN! only this time I was to pay for it! What the heck!! Was this because I am female, it was thought more repairs could be slid past me? What is going on in that service department??? I brought my Yukon XL in for an oil change and tire rotation. Please explain this to me, I am not very happy right now.UPDATE - Kruse called me in less than an hour after I posted the above review so they could make things right and me happy. They took care of their costs and what they were responsible for. I took care of what I was responsible for. Kruse took care of the warranty repair that didnt go as planned.Truck is now all fixed, discussions were had re: who all talked to me and staff training. Overall I am very satisfied with how quickly my concerns were addressed both with repairs and staffing issues.
My oil change and tire rotate appt was Saturday at 9:30am and I didnt get done until 11:30am but they were good to explain someone didnt show up for work so they pulled help from the Ford store and were doing the best they could. Then he stated they broke a lug nut cover but ordered a new one; being Im 45 min away they told me to stop by next time and get it when Im in town. I appreciated the young guys professionalism when I checked in my vehicle that morning and giving me updates along the way. I also appreciate them telling me they broke a part but would replace it.
Paige Beech was my sales person. She called one morning asking if I would meet her to consider trading in my vehicle. I met with her, and she was very helpful showing me all the latest options and different vehicles to choose from. She wrote me an estimate, but I was unsure which vehicle to choose from. I met with her again, and she showed me a new loaner vehicle with big discounts. It was a vehicle with very few bells and whistles, so it was very reasonable in price. It was a good fit after trade in, and the price was low enough that I did not need financing. Paige was not pushy and always helpful. She has always been very considerate that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. She even calls to follow up just in case I have questions. She helped me choose some outstanding floor mats with deep pockets for slush, etc. Buying a vehicle from Paige was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend her and Kruse for your next vehicle purchase. Free car washes are included and oil for life. The service department is outstanding and they give good discounts.
The best part wast to have my vehicle vacuum and wash. Although the was could have been a little bit better. I just appreciated being vacuumed, and wash!
Joe and staff were very knowledgeable about my issue and explained it in a way that I could understand. They completed the work same day. Very impressed with their customer service.
Truck was serviced as requested and in a timely fashion; I was updated on the status and next step via text and over the phone. Joe (the Team Member that helped me) was quite courteous and helpful.

We had talked with Paige about possibly looking to get a second more reliable vehicle. I was not sure and kind of thought that we wouldn’t get much for my car. Paige told us to come in and that we would be surprised what they might offer for our car. We were offered more than I thought we would get for it. She did a wonderful job on showing and pointing out all the features on our new car! Needless to say we love our new car and Paige was excellent to work with!
Was very happy with what was done to the car. There was no problem with the car, just had the add on parts that we bought with the car that had to be ordered installed. Also they checked on a recall as long as the car was there.

I appreciate the complimentary wash and vacuum that goes with the service and I appreciate that the guys in the service department are watching out for my vehicle and personal safety with a thorough inspection. I love getting free oil for life! The one thing I dont like is that every time I go for my oil change, there are 5 or 6 things on my vehicle that will require attention soon. I feel pressured sometimes because of this upsell.

Bought a used 2011 buick lacrosse cxl November 2019 from here and noticed it was losing oil last summer.. A few months ago come to find out it was burning oil not happy that I paid around $7,000 for this car and pretty much have a junk car and I cant afford the $3,000 to pay to have it repaired.

Fast service. Wasnt a fan of the loaner car but I am glad they had one.
A few weeks ago, I came in with the intention to purchase a new truck. As i walked in the door i was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Austin. We sat down and talked about my needs, drove a few different options and discussed the benefits to each package offered. After about an hour of discussion I decided I wanted the 2019 Sierra AT4 right off the showroom floor. The guys made it happen for me and they really stood up and proved that they are a trully premium dealership with great people that go above and beyond to make sure people know they are going to the right place. Ill be back again, Im going to refer people, and Im gonna give this small town dealership the support they need to keep being successful in our community!!
They caught a problem early that could have been catastrophic if let go. So rather than an expensive repair it was a simple fix.
My son goes to school at SMSU (we live in Sioux Falls, SD) and had a flat tire due to a screw being in it. I called Kruse and spoke with Chuck to see if they would be able to repair it for him. Not only was he able to get him in within a few hours but he also sent someone to the school to air up the tire so he could drive it to the dealership for the repair. Thank you for your extreme kindness and help!

I would normally always give 5 stars however my last time in for the same service they came to me with my air filter showing it was dirty and suggested to change it.. I asked the price and they said around $47.. well here is where I got frustrated after I reviewed the bill I realized the filter was only $25 and labor to put it in was around $30. So my issue is you had it out already so if I would of said no to the new filter you would of charged me nothing for that so why did you charge me for labor when you already had it out when I didnt tell you to check the filter to begin with..Very good experience today. Very helpful explaining everything that I asked..

Always had good service except this time. The lady in the service dept overcharged on 1 oil change and acted like it was inconvenience to fix it. I hadnt noticed but the nice lady at the payment desk noticed the overcharge right away.

I had them look at my driver side AC because it wasnt as cool as the passenger side. They told me it would be about 1 hour of shop time ( i was fine with that) a few hours later they called and said that the passenger side doesnt work and that the repair would take 10+ hours plus parts to fix. So I wonder if they even looked at the truck because the passenger side works great! Then i went to pick up the truck and they couldnt explain to me why the bill was $146 vs the quote of 1 hour of shop time. needed to pay to get my keys so basically they lied to me and they screwed me on top of it. Will never ever do business with them again and i hope you consider this before doing business with them as well.
My husband brought our new car in for the first check up and was very please with the staff and service. He was impressed with the refreshingly friendly, helpful staff and technicians. In fact, it was the first thing he shared with me when he got home. He could not say enough about how well he was treated by everyone at Kruse Buick Motors.

After meeting with Dale and Sarah we were able to secure a new GMC, the staff was pleasant, the deal was fair and yes we would be willing to do business there in the future. There was a hic-up in the beginning, but the owner Bob and Dale sales manager did step up and resolved the issue.
