A awesome book store to get ETBU merch

The staff was amazing and the store was well organized.

Staff member was so nice and helpful. We were there touring the campus with our son and she shared info, what students there enjoy, and even told him how to order his books online if he decides to go there. Decent selection of high quality swag!

The last couple of times I have been in the bookstore, I have witnessed the man who is the manager speak rudely to his staff and to students. Considering the amount of money we spend at the store, he could at least speak to others respectfully.

Prices are too high but the customer service was great.

Follett who owns the bookstore needs to take more control and keep good people in place to make the experience for the students at a maximum

I am a student here at ETBU, and I dont go to the bookstore often, but everytime I do go everything is organized, clean and the staff is friendly. Its a great small store for so Im something you might want to buy for School apparal, or even a quick snack.

Overpriced on everything. I would only buy something if they had a deal of over 50 percent off.

Friendly people. Great selection.
