Went to test drive a car and consider a trade in. Tried to tell us our car would need new tires after we just put them on 3000 miles ago and keeping meticulous records of everything we’ve done to the car since my husband is a diesel mechanic by profession. Why they would think a mechanic wouldn’t know when tire treads are low is beyond me; however, it was mildly humorous watching them try to employ the cliche used car sales tactics and failing. Despite telling us we took very good care of our car, they offered bottom end KBB value for mine yet of course wanted top value for theirs, which would ironically actually need new tires soon after 30k miles, had an interior panel missing in the back hatch, cosmetic imperfections, etc. Stay away or keep your wits about you if you want to give it a try.

Jeep had trouble on the trek... They got me in, diagnosed quickly, and finished earlier then quoted. Plus, it was not as expensive as I was quoted! Really appreciate all the friendly service!

We realized our pickup was having a problem with the pulley, we called Lockwood Motors on Monday afternoon and they had the vehicle scheduled for Tuesday morning at 8 am. We took a road trip south to purchase a new Suburban at Lockwood Motors. Our sales person, Bruce, was courteous and helpful in getting us the information that we needed. We are back north enjoying our new vehicle.

I brought truck in for a service, tech found pinion seal leaking. I was called and informed of this, was asked if dealership could make repair that day. I said they could but needed vehicle back before 5:00 p.m. They made repair and called when it was done, it was a couple of hours before I needed it. Picked up vehicle and it was wiped down inside at all contact points and was swept out also. Lockwood staff were very pleasant on the phone and at the dealership from time of making appointment to picking up vehicle after service. GREAT group of individuals to work with.

Towed it back for me, loaned me my trade in back to use for the week, fixed the issue at no cost to me, and drove the fixed car 150 miles out to me.Al Castor was an exceptional to salesman to work with. Thorough service work on the brakes on my brand new 2021 XT6 Cadillac. They were grinding immediately when I picked the vehicle up. I mentioned it to the service department where I purchased it and was told they had to break in. I asked about it at Lockwood and they found there was a service bulletin on the brake pads! They ordered the pads and repaired right the first time!

Ive lived all over the country and Ive met a few salesman I like to say that marshal or at least lock would probably going to have the nicest salesmans Ive met. I bought a fantastic low priced used car recent trade in and I felt like I was treated as if I was buying a brand new car thanks Lockwood.

My parents had a terrible experience with Lockwood service department. They were passing through town and needed to get a brake line repaired. They were told it would take roughly an hour so they decided to wait at the dealership instead of having me pick them up. The service ended up taking more than three hours and no one from the service department communicated with them or explained why it took so long. In the end the service was overpriced and cost them twice as much time as they were told. Will be going somewhere else next time.

Lockwood motors is a great dealership, I came to them because I was referred by a another customer and It was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! The buying process was smooth & they asked great questions and gave me multiple Options that fit my budget! But, the service they provided afterwards is what really sets them apart. A while after, a day before a snow storm my car broke down. I had no idea what to do or how I was going to take care of it but with one quick call to their great customer service reps, my worries went away. They helped me find a quick cheap towing option and located the problem quickly! They also put me in a safe loaner car that helped me get around town safely until my car was fixed! I reviewed the wrong place by accident. I didnt mean to place a bad label on a business that didnt deserve it.

Poor communication amongst staff and apparently disorganized files if any... I had spoken to a salesperson and said Id be making a 3 hour drive to come purchase a vehicle Saturday, as their hours didnt allow me to make it after work. I was more than willing to have given a card number for hold or a down payment and was not asked. My financing was in order and a check written to the dealership in hand. I get an impersonal text message telling me the vehicle had been sold later in the week. Confused and upset I called and was told that they didnt know another salesperson was working on a deal the next day. You would sure think there would be some sort of file on the vehicle or the salesperson didnt do their job in filing or communicating. I am now stuck paying a slight bit of interest and doc fees on a loan that I had to cancel.
