Jack Rabbit has been a great experience. Starting with the showroom to financing and delivery of our ranger in 2019. Since our purchase we have added several extras that Jack Rabbit had not only advised us on but was very helpful with installation. We have had some slight issues like our radio button that their service team addressed immediately with replacement parts and even email directions. The top notch experience we received has led several family members and friends to purchase from them as well. Please understand that we have several buying options around and yet we still choose Jack Rabbit that is an (8) hour drive to the showroom. Happy Trails

I bought a go kart for my grandson and after a couple days noticed an oil leak. I brought it in and spoke to Erik about it and he said he would have it checked promptly. Erik called me the next day and said a transmission seal was leaking. Erik said he spoke with Hammerhead and they would coverit and send a new transmission. He told me I could pick it up and use it until the new transmission came in. Erik called when the transmission came in and said if i brought the kart in he would have it installed. I brought it in the next morning and he took it straight back to service and had the transmission installed in less than an hour. It was a pleasure dealing with Erik. Great people, great service. I’ve bought 3 side by side’s from them over the last 3yrs got a 4th on order now, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great service and people.Update:My new side-by-side went down the day before I was leaving to go on a big ride. I called the service department to see if I could get it in and if they would be able to get it back to me before I left the next day. They said yes get it up there to them and they would get a checked out. A part in the clutch assembly had cracked the part to repair it wouldn’t be in till the next week and there was not another one around. So they replaced the whole clutch assembly and belt that evening and got it back to me the next morning so I could make my trip. All on their dime.I can’t say enough good stuff about their service department. They will definitely go above and beyond for you!

The staff is fantastic here! I picked up a kids RZR for a little boy in Montana and hauled it up there for him! I truly appreciated the kindness of the staff and their willingness to help in such an amazing situation!Pick up and delivery photos!

I bought a new belt for my RZR xp turbo 1000 yesterday from here I brought it home and put it on and couldnt get my clutch to engage after replacing belt so today I call the dealership and talked to Eric in service he told me what to try so I did and I couldnt get it to work for me so I called him back to see if they could look at it today he said sure bring it on so I arrived at 3:50 Eric was waiting when i.walked in we went out he got on the machine without me unloading got the clutch to engage in less than 10 mins he took it around back to the shop to clear the check engine code during the process Eric also looked up a couple of items I maybe be adding in the near future and this place will be doing it long story short I was back on the road home by 4:30 and for what he and his team did didnt charge me anything you dont find that often what great service and service department ❤

I resently bought a Hammerhead GTS it is great. We took it to the beach and had a blast. I am 180 lbs and i fit in there just fine. Kae was a great help she went way out of her way to make sure that i got the one I wanted and that i could take it home that day.i would definitely but there again.

I was fortunate to find that Jack Rabbit Off-road had the new Polaris Ranger I wanted in stock. A 2021 Ranger 1000 XP Texas Edition. I had a super clean 2009 Ranger 700 XP Browning LE that I wanted to trade. Jack Rabbit Off-road treated me right. I drove 125 miles with the 2009 in tow to make a deal. I got a fair trade-in value and was able to take advantage of a current rebate on the 2021. Have been in the market for a new utility vehicle to make my forestry maintenance a little easier and save some miles on my road vehicle and started checking out side-by-sides. After doing a lot of research I settled on a Polaris unit, however all the dealers local to me were sold out (thank you coronavirus).Then one day I happened upon a youtube video for JackRabbit Offroad (JRO) who also advertised that they DELIVER. I got in contact with Stephanie and outlined what I was looking for and she took care of the rest. Turns out there is a LOT more customizations that can be had for a Polaris unit beyond the factory options, which make it WAY cooler and a LOT more useful for my purposes. Stephanie kept me updated throughout the build process, sending me pictures along the way to show how far along they were, which was very helpful.The entire process was smooth sailing, up until they were ready to ship it from their location in Texas to me in Maryland (thanks Hurricane Laura). No fault of JRO, just sometimes mother nature gets in the way. When the unit finally arrived, it was well worth the wait. If youre in the market for one of these, I highly recommend getting in touch with JRO.

The place is clean and organized and Whitney was friendly. I was in the market for a 2021. They added to the MSRP and said they wouldnt come down. Theres variation in used prices all 2021s are equal and there are 4 other Polaris dealers a short drive away.***Thanks for the response. Selling above MSRP once at the dealership to include assembly and shipping is either a shady sales tactic or the business is doing so poorly customers have to pay the cost for operational expenses which means the business may not be there long enough for service after the sale. Either way, I dont like it. I have already found a far better price on the same exact 2021 model Ill be getting after the snowstorm.

I would like to thank kim and everyone at this dealership for there great service . I have a 2020 ranger 150 and it has been in the shop for 2 month with polaris unable to get the parts to fix it. They r on back order for another month or so.and after contacting polaris they directed me to this dealership in texas saying that they r the only one in the country that has this master cylinder for my kids ranger .I am from pennsylvannia and kim was more than glad to ship it to me. Sales people good asking questions and all. But the advertised sale of things they show of online and facebook it is false. They dont include the price of extra things added to it thats in the picture. Price is higher than expected.

Terrible service, drove four hours to get there to look at a specific unit. Talked to them on the way before leaving my house, talked to them again on the way. Show up and now it’s sold.Okay well that’s funny because you messaged me at 10:30 and I said 10 minutes away. You knew I was on the way for that specific one. I even test drove it and asked for your lowest price. Was looking at it for 30 minutes then you guys came back and said it was sold. So yeah, terrible service.

Waited to leave my review till I had service work done because that is half of the business sadly it was not a good experience at all. The purchase of the utv was a good experience but will take my money elsewhere for future purchases. Update to response you have contacted me once not multiple times and as I told your people I work nights so calling in the middle of the day does not work for me. Second there was no need to rush on Wednesday the 5th I set a shop opening appointment for Monday the 10th with Karl when I arrived I was told there were other jobs that came up and they would try to get to mine, and at 1:30 they still hadnt touched mine which is unacceptable when I had a opening morning appointment.

If youre shopping for a Side by Side or ATV, stop shipping and just come here. I was frustrated with other dealerships that didnt want to invest time in me. Im insanely picky and Im a hardcore researcher. Stephanie built me the perfect machine from the ground up, and she never made me feel like a burden. And let me tell you, Im a BIG pain in the butt. She worked tirelessly to get me the right deal right in my price point and beat all other quotes I had gotten. These guys are doing business the right way, and they have earned my loyalty, and all the referalls of the many people who will ask us where we get our machines built!

Best shop in TexasBought my Razor from Broadway Power sports biggest regret ever will always go to Jack Rabbit in future. JackRabit took care of some recalls and identified an issue with engine that has been there from day one. I have complained to 3 different shops about this and no one was able to fix it. They not only fixed it and got the Razor running better than new they worked with warranty claims to get the service and parts covered. When I picked my razor up it looked better than new was clean and serviced running finally correct. It is so hard these days to find an honest shop that knows what they are doing am glad I finally found this shop.
