I like how this GNC is organized and is stocked. Thank you to Zachary for being helpful and knowledgeable with the products in store. I appreciate that he recommended products with details about it. I’ll shop again in this store even if it’s a little further away from my house.

5 stars for amazing customer service! I believe his name is Jimmy... he was such a big help. I came in wanting to try a new pre workout with a great flavor. He listened to what I wanted in a pre workout and paired me with the perfect one that met my needs. I’ll be back!

Horrible customer service. I arrived at 7:30pm, sign states closes at 8pm.. the door was unlocked and I walked in only to be greater by employee stating thermy were closed. I simply wanted to exchange and unopened product. Never again. Unhappy customer

I always come here for my protein stuff. I use isopure, zero calorie and zero carbs. GNC has a few flavors to choose from also,if its not in stock they will order it and have it shipped to your house. Usually takes 3 days. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very informative about what they are selling if you may have questions. I will be back and recommend to family and friends. Theres handicap accessible parking and entrance available.

Rude employee answers the phone and blows me, a customer, off because another customer walked in the store. I was trying to ask a question about a coupon I had for online to see if I can use it in store. He cut me off more than once and ended up telling me, “Hey I got other customers walking in the store so you can come in and talk or I don’t know what to tell you”. In such a rude way. First off, I will not come in because you’ve been rude. Secondly, Vitamin Shoppe is way more friendly and knowledgeable. Bye

The Asian man that works here doesn’t have any customer service skills at all. He is RUDE!!! Please find someone else who is nicer. He is hurting your business. I wont ever come back in this store again. I had an encounter with his rudeness months ago. I came in thinking that he had probably gotten rid of his self but no! Never again you have lost a customer!

The person have great knowledge about every product

The owner let me borrow body building videos when i just came in to buy a protein powder. These videos have been the core of my workout for over 14 years and no matter how much time i take off the gym, a couple days workout with the routines ive learned puts me right back into meant condition. This is the first and only gnc that ive been to out of many that talked me out of spending extra money on a product they felt was unnecessary to my workout goals. This is the best gnc iv ever been to hands down.
