The workers were ok. When I went to pawn some items because I came up on some hard times there were customers voicing their opinion about people who have to pawn things. While I was pawning my items. Those other customers were very insensitive. I felt someone from the business should have put a stop to it. One of the customers was going on on about me probably never coming to pick it back up. No one ever told him to stop or anything. As a business you should never allow others to talk about others customers to you. You never know what someone is going through. I left that place that day in tears. Today I am here to get my things back. And I think it’s safe for me to say I’ll never do business at this location again.

All customer BEWARE this pawn shop you better look at your invoice before going home because from lady manager and worker try to scam you .you did know your products unstill you go home and find down some is not working but is too late you CAN NOT return your item .on invoice they say NO POM DECLINED NO RETURN they did tell you any thing about no return before you buy.THIS IS LAST TIME IM BUYING THIS PAWN SHOP

Women are looking for Christmas gift they said theyre selling gold for scrap weight I said great lets look at this one the chain was 6.6 grams so it should have been $140 instead they said it was $350 I said thats not scrap weight they said oh but we got more in it so in other words they lied and kept lying I would not suggest doing business with them because you will never get a straight answer
