Do not go here for your covid testing unless you want to arrive 15min before your scheduled time and wait 45min after while you watch the kid at the window cutting up with fellow employees and take 10 min to look up your appointment in the system. The conformation email said to bring ID and insurance and they dont even check it. Walgreens was so much faster.

I walked 2 miles to get necessities from this store. I needed to use the restroom before my walk back and was told they have none.After walking the store gathering my items I could hold it no longer so I asked,”You don’t have a bathroom? How is that possible,every CVS has a public bathroom?” The employee responded,”We USED to have a public bathroom but not anymore.”I dropped everything I was holding and said,”I cannot spend money in a store I can’t piss in!”Totally unacceptable. Yes Covid is here but how lazy are you!

Totally unacceptable drive thru. If you arent going to service customers dont open the dice they. I waited at the window for over 20 minutes and pushed the call button at least 6 times. I observed a minimum of 4 employees and a maximum of 6 in the pharmacy while I waited at the window to collect my mothers prescription. Worst service from a pharmacy that I have ever experienced!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and I swear I can’t do it anymore. It’s always something with them. We have a prescription on auto refill every month and they never have it. I always have to call the doctor to send it somewhere else. Prescriptions are never readily available. My dr called in one this morning at 830. It’s 430 and it still isn’t ready. You can’t speak to anyone. I have never waited on hold for less than 20 minutes. Calling them isn’t just let me go make a quick phone call. You have to put your phone on speaker and do other things while you wait for someone to pick up. Sometimes I wonder if anyone is even working there. I went to get my flu shot from them recently and as the customers were leaving the line they were telling everyone else “good luck”.

Several years ago when I first moved to this area I LOVED this location. I switched from Walgreens to this location because of the staff and friendly atmosphere. Fast forward to present day, the staff is no longer friendly and welcoming. The pharmacy is a DISASTER. Today I have finally had it with CVS and will be going back to Walgreens. I dropped off a prescription for my daughter mid-morning/early afternoon to be filled and inquired about another prescription that had been on order for about a month. I was told it would be in this afternoon. SO I said I would just pick them both up together. Well, I go back this evening and not only was my prescription I dropped off NOT ready, my prescription that had been on order was not there and they do not even know when it will be in. Only that its on order. I cannot have this inconsistency when it comes to medication. Seeing the staff is no longer welcoming and you cannot get prescriptions, I see no point in going here anymore. Love this place! Every time I go there I save money, and the people working there are always in good moods (or at least they fake it well), its clean and well organized. I cant say enough how great I think they are.

Worse customer service in history. My wife went there to fill a prescription and the pharmacist would not stand still, she kept walking away to go fix her hair everytime my wife was talking. We will not be going back to this location again!

Thanks for making me feel like a junkie when attempting to pick up syringes for my injectable prescription medication. In all the years I have used Walgreens, I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. Although my insurance now works exclusively with CVS, never again will I enter your store. Disgusted!

Stores hours listed on the door says that the pharmacy opens at 7am. I arrived today at 7:15am and the store was closed. Please change store hours or be open at listed times. Thank you

Customer service is terrible. After holding 45mins,(I was busy so I put the phone on speaker). I was so happy with this CVS, at first. I was so excited when it opened I transferred all my rx from another location, to this location because it was more convenient. The pharmacy staff was great, very friendly, polite, and a pleasure to do business with. In past few months or so its has changed significantly, there is one pharmacist in particular, we will call her Le, is incredibly rude. She walks away when you ask her a question, never smiles or greets you, not even to say someone will be with you in a moment. I have experienced her rudeness on more than one occasion. I spoke with the store manager on three separate occasions and was offered Extra Bucks three times for my inconveniences and an apology. And she said that she would talk to her but nothing has changed. Im not sure if they are short staffed or overworked. Customer service is no longer a priority.I have decided that I have had enough of it and transferred my rx to another pharmacy.

I have had it with this CVS. This pharmacy staff is awful. Rude, mean, eye rolling and does not know how to talk to or treat customers. They need some serious customer service and sensitivity training.The pharmacist was so crude and ugly . They treat you like you owe them something. I have never had any issues with a pharmacy like this one. They put you on hold and never come back to the phone 30mins holding and I just hung up.Please count your meds before you leave and make sure your kids meds are sealed.Never going back. Transferred all our med to the pharmacy across the street. I wish I could gone negative stars because on is way to many. Stay far away from this place.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever had the displeasure of going to. If it wasnt a pharmacy that is preferred by my insurance and close to my house, I would drop them quick and in a hurry. My meds are supposed to NOT have the child proof caps, but they have forgotten or just not looked at my file, as I have had to go back for the right top more than once, now I check before I leave. The drive thru is a joke. There are two lanes, but usually only one is open, and you can sit quite awhile before anyone even lets you know that it isnt open so therefore you must drive all the way around and get in place again. The window at the drive thru is filthy. Spider webs, filth, pure filth. When you are picking up medicine, this just looks terrible. I have found quite a few of the pharmacy staff to be very rude, but not the other employees. I hate to go there for anything.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the world. My daughters prescription was due to be filled for two days and it still wasnt ready. You try to call them and sit on hold for hrs with no one coming to the phone. The only reason they have business is because they are in network with ochsner employees.

This is a horrible managed place! The staff are overworked and rude. They are constantly out of meds and even have the audacity to tell customers that that cant fill a particilar medcine because its not in stock and they dont want to order. I only use CVS because I am forced to by my insurance Caremark!

Very slow service

I just transferred my prescription to this location and regret it. One of the staff member (big, African American female, wear glasses) is very rude and unprofessional. I almost lost my cool to whoop some ass, but being the mature person that i am, i decided i will just get my meds and never deal with THAT Cvs again. To management, please get rid of this female before she get the ass whooping that she deserves.
