Always good coffee but sometimes they put little to much cream

This is one of my favorite spots, been all over New Orleans Starbucks spots, this is my second favorite, all are friendly and I always get my coffee exactly as I want it, Destiny is one of girls that I see most mornings and she’s always very kind and professional, thank you!

This is the most efficient Starbucks that Ive been to in such a long time. The lines are long in the morning, but they move so fast and everyone is so nice!!

I come often before work and they’re always so friendly! Even when the drive through lines are long, they have good drive through times, in and out in like 5 minutes start to finish.

Me and my girl tried this promo drink and came back to bring it back cause it was 🗑. And the behind the counter crew made us some different one. I give nothing but respect to them cause they made sure their customers were happy. Make sure to go to this one. They are truly amazing.

Coffee taste like dirt go to Pjs

Overcharged me. I wondered why then got my coffee, totally wrong. Had to get on the hwy, turn around, park and go get it fixed. Still didnt give me my Overcharged amount back

Our coffee was great, our barista was great. However looking up at their ceiling and A/C registers, they were disgusting... They seriously need to invest in some HVAC duct cleaning and maintenance & a new drop ceiling...

Actually if your a chocolate person they have a Frappuccino double chocolate chip and its really good

Very disappointed, order a quad Expresso with 4 pumps of white mocha in ice usually in a venti cup but got half of it in a tall cup fill with ice. Gotten that every Starbucks iv encounter besides this one. They keeping on arguing that it is all there. Will never order from there anymore.

Coffee was very good . The woman at the window was very courteous, price was not that bad.

Poorly made drinks. Not blended enough. Left chunks to big for the straw. Asked for almond milk instead of cows milk. Looks like I got cows milk. Spent the rest of the day in the bathroom. The girl mixing the drink wasnt measuring the ingredients, just tossing and pouring stuff in. My advice, go to the Elmwood Starbucks. They fix drinks right.

Their restrooms are in need of a good scrubbing. Being this filthy before 9 AM tells me that its not being cleaned every day.

Its bad enough that this chain-coffee is the worst. But when flies are buzzing in the pastry case its a hard NO for me.

Super nice Starbucks. Made our drinks perfectly. Had a long drive thru line like most do. Good customer service. Walked inside to pick up a mobile order. Parking lot can be a little iffy when the drive thru line is long.

Poor service. Good help is hard to find these days..

Most incompetent Starbucks ever! Can not make a $7 coffee right to save their lives. How pathetic! They complain when you pay that amount for a COFFEE and ask to have it remade due to their mistake. After remaking the Coffee, it is still wrong. As much as I do not like supporting such Liberals as it is, I chose to continue giving them my business. This particular Starbucks just lost a daily customer of over 15 years!

Just left there. They filled my cup to the brim with cream and coffee and left no room for any of the sugar they gave me. It was so full when I opened the top coffee went everywhere, all over my lap, all over my car seat. Mind you, this is 7 in the morning and they are completely empty, as in not busy. I would give less Stars if I could.

I never have problems with Starbucks but today I waited in line for 25 minutes and my Frappuccino was water down it must have been made and put on the counter for a while

Im from out of town and I love my usual white moca with an extra shot, almond milk, and light ice. The kind workers here do a great job at making it too! The service is fast, the employees are awesome and my drink tastes the same as when I get it back home!

I went through the drive-thru at this Starbucks just a little while ago. I didnt take a sip of my drink until I got home. I had ordered a Venti Iced Chai Latte with 2 shots of Espresso and Light Ice. Upon tasting my beverage, I dont think it was made correctly at all. I can barely taste the Chai flavor, and I dont think there is even ANY Espresso in it. I always order Venti Double Dirty Iced Chai Lattes. I know how theyre supposed to taste. I know what color it should be. This drink tastes like MILK. It tastes like ever so slightly Chai flavored milk. Starbucks is a treat for me. I dont get it often. I am extremely disappointed.

Ordered my drink. Tried to order breakfast but was told they were out of multiple things after only being open less than 2hrs. Then asked to have my drink put in a bigger cup because I wanted extra ice (I got a latte iced and the ice is usually gone too quickly to keep my drink cold) I was told no I couldnt have extra ice because it couldnt come with the drink.

I am not a Starbucks fan. I do not go there. Ever.😝

Not me....never visited a store. First, because I dont drink any kind of coffee. My grand daughter love them so I guess I will be visiting for gift certificates. Shes been hinting for Christmas.

I will never go there again, I will drive further to have good customer service. It was close to 7pm I stood there for over 10 mins. There was one person at the coffee machine. One working the drive through and the other doing the drinks. It wasnt until the person doing the drinks told the person at the coffee machine to take our order to take our order. When she did it gave the impression that it was such an inconvenience to her. I ordered a simple coffee inside, they have only one type available. When we get the coffee it was warm. Then they remake it and there is no creamer at the station. They state that they put it up when they are close to closing. Mind you they close at 10pm. There was a couple that was waiting on their order and we got ours before theirs. It was horrible and colder inside than outside.

Overall, good location. Very busy at times, struggle to keep up occasionally. Too bright inside from so many windows - need some sort of window blinds to cut down on the crazy glare - not to mention it would save significantly on electric bill, while keeping it cooler. No need to worry about the view - just traffic on Barataria flying by.

Super helpful people. Espresso tastes okay, but its still SB remember.Would be 5 stars but some teams cant help but have at least one bad apple lacking socially.

Place of last resort, rather costly. No one answered the phone at this location. Parking is limited. I try to see if they have what I want before going otherwise I get stuck in the drive thru line.

The Starbucks is perfect, the parking lot is challenging as are most Starbucks parking lots. I dont understand how a place this popular builds the oddest and tightest parking lots in the world. I tend to go to the Starbucks located at a Barnes and Noble, because the parking is easier (Not mention 10% for BN members.

I only go to this one occasionally because their drive through is super slow. The gem of that place is...Alexis? I think. Shes pretty much always there and she is such a sweetheart!

My experience at this location was horrible! I was waited on pretty quickly however after almost 20 minutes of waiting for my order. I had to tell them if it wasnt ready soon I would need my money back. I got it within a minute so what in the world was the holdup?

Friendly staff, did a good job getting the coffee out in a timely manner- they were very busy. Only downside - they removed all the comfortable looking seating for just tables and chairs

It used to be a great warm place chill and drink coffee. The employees knew their stuff and didnt take forever to make drinks. Now the service is horrible and the atmosphere is cold and sterile.

Love this Starbucks. Its my local one. The line is crazy all day everyday. But always worth the wait. They take care of one customer at a time, but they do take care if the customer. Cant say enough good things about them. If you see Janna say heeeyyyy!!!!

This place is always packed but they are so quick. Staff is really friendly. Really cool atmosphere

The service and drink was very good. But there was no menu, I guess we are just expected to know. One customer showed me an on-line menu, but no prices. Seating is limited and people were sprawled out with papers and books limiting where to sit even more.

The nicest woman was working the drive thru this morning. (12-26 11:30am) great fast service But was CRAZY busy and the woman still took time out to help us. Attention MANAGEMENT that woman deserves a raise or a higher position!!! 5 stars for her forsure!!!! Great drinks also

Thank you for a well made Venti Iced coffee, with a bit of sweetness and a hit of whole milk. 😁 5️⃣ ⭐S WHO DAT!!!! Stop being a D MACK because they added a bit too much coffee AND Mrs. Decay, review based on the service and not on how you dont drink coffee.
