I decided to change the flooring in my living room from carpet to a wood laminate flooring. Love it! The people at Acadian Flooring where helpful the whole step of the way from helping me pick out the floor I wanted to installing it. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.

I was looking for tiles with a red brick texture. I went to floor and decor, home depot, and lowes and they didnt have any red brick textures. Or nothing that could go with it. Acadian had several and good prices. Seems they have a good variety if you are looking for something special.

The crew that did my floors did an absolute incredible job. Every attention to detail from the install to picking up all debris. We will definitely be using Acadian again.

My experience with Acadian was top notch every step of the way. I purchased a rug with the help of Lindsey on Friday afternoon that needed to be sized down and it was ready by the end of the day on the following Monday. She helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, color, comfort, size, everything! When I picked it up, there was an extra runner size from the cut piece, so now I have a cute smaller rug for my den in addition to my bigger one In my bedroom. I appreciate the expertise, knowledge, and teamwork that I received from every staff member. And not to mention, they are very fair in their pricing! Ms. Lindsey was super helpful even though I know I was being annoying! I wanted something nearly impossible and at Acadian they made it happen!! I placed my order on Friday and I had my floors done on Monday! Carlos and his crew were amazing and installed 3 rooms in 3.5 hours! Acadian Flooring did my kitchen first, then my bathrooms, living room and hall, and now my bedroom. As a pet owner we chose a high-rated sheet vinyl for our floors and couldnt be happier. The floors look and feel great and clean like a dream. I would recommend this type of flooring for anyone with pets or allergies, or someone who appreciates easy cleaning! Acadian flooring just finished putting in carpet in our rental property and it was a painless process. Starting with Lindsey Seibert who helped us select the right carpet to install. The finished product looks great. Everyone we talked to and dealt with were professional and knowledgable. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

A few years ago we had our entire downstairs redone, carpet in the kitchen, tile in the dining room, living room, bathroom, hall, foyer. At first it looked great, but then the tiles started getting lose. They came and did the first group by the door. Now the entire back room is popped up, more by the door, 3 in the kitchen, one behind the bathroom door.We called and when the installer finally came out he tried to say first our family room was an add on, hardly. then he said there might be dampness. Considering this is a house built in the 70s on a concrete slab there probably is. They did no pre testing for dampness, and didnt put down any sort of barrier, which research has shown me they should have.He told me they would call back in six weeks and bring out someone else to look, that was several months ago. Plus we dont have enough tile to redo the entire job and it will be a different lot number. We are going to have the entire downstairs redone. Horrible*update. Acadian jerked us around then decided it was a water issue. However, they never tested for water. We had the concrete tested and there is no water. They are fine if you have no issues, but heaven help you if anything goes wrong, they wont fix it and just lie.
