James The Mattress Man was awesome he help me understand what some of my sleeping issues could possibly be with good customer service.

This is my third time in 4 months buying something from Mattress Firm and I must say every time Mr James “Mattress Man” Fogarty has been a pleasure to work with. He always so helpful and polite and he gets right to whatever it is that I need and he listens to me when asking about a product. Thank you all so much even Mr James and I will be back and I will also recommend Mattress Firm and Mr James to the people I send that way.

If you arent buying from JG youre doing it wrong. He made the entire process so easy it was unbelievable. I tried a bunch of different mattresses and then he had the perfect one delivered to me! Couldnt be happier with how the process went!

I knew what mattress I was getting before even going to the store, but the sales man (do not remember his name. Oops!) was amazing!! I showed him a screenshot I took, and he knew right away which mattress it was. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and made it a good experience overall. He even carried it out to the car for me which was sweet.The prices are a bit high, but i also havent shopped for mattresses in years. So it may just be the norm.

When buying my mattress I had the best experience! Charles was so knowledgeable about the bed and we found the right fit! Not too hard or to soft and know the pressure points my body needed. Which is why I had to buy from him! Even after the purchase I chose to get the attachment for a headboard and he went above and beyond to see which warehouse could get it to me sooner! Definitely recommend this store.

JG Pressley helped my husband and I pick our first brand new mattress, ever really. We went there to get a new mattress set for my daughter on July 3rd, they were so friendly and helpful. My daughter had a great time and I will definitely recommend this place. The mattress set was delivered the next day (July 4th). Although they were out of the rails that we bought, this was still a great experience.

Everything went well the day we bought our items on 3/19/17. However the delivery, dealing with the store and all their lairs was a nightmare. I did not receive my items on the day I was suppose to, I received them 3 days later & the whole time the store was telling false info by Dillon and Eric(I think that was his name). I have tried 2 times to reach the regional manager Matthew, but I have got on call back. If I would have known all this I would of spent my $2000.00+ some where else!!

Only one staff member who spent his time talking to another customer before he acknowledged my wife and I. He took so long that we just left.

This was the first out of 5 stops. Songii spoiled my husband and I so much that we practically just walked in and out of every other place because no one was willing (or had the knowledge) to guide us so easily. Songii also made our first choice (although out of our budget at first) a possibility. Just when we were about to settle for something less expensive, he stopped us and did everything he could to work up a better deal on that first one we loved.
