This is the place to go for any muffler/exhaust work. Every time Ive ever gone here, their lead time is very short (usually 1-2 days), turnaround time is fast (usually 1-2 hours tops), the work is solid, and the cost is very reasonable. The shop is a mom and pop variety (much less formal than most shops) but this wasnt any problem for me. Definitely highly recommended!

They will not touch an exhaust on a foreign car. Waited 2 hours for the employee to visually inspect it, just to tell me it doesn’t bolt up without even making a attempt to see if it was actually gonna work. He gave me the run around like the parts I ordered weren’t gonna fit because he couldn’t comprehend how to bolt it up even though I told him how multiple times. I put the exhaust on myself and had a buddy weld it up, fit 100% perfect the first try just like I knew it would. That being said the rest of the employees are great people and super helpful. This is just a warning if you have german car take it downstate or do the work yourself!

Great experience there. It has reasonable price and great services. I love it!! My schedule is at 10am and I thought it might take me one hour to get my car fixed but they only used about 20-30 min and I am all good to go. Highly recommend it to everyone in Marquette!

Great place quality work at affordable rates dont take you for a ride and make you take out a second mortgage to be able to afford exhaust work like some of the other places do. Honest pricing I go to them whenever possible and reccomend them t0 friends and family

They got me in as soon as I called and replaced my muffler and tailpipe. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. Prices were very reasonable.

I just went to E.Q to have a piece of pipe bent to make sure my car is safe for my 2 day old son to ride in without breathing exhaust fumes in, the presumable owner told me he wouldnt do it for me unless I purchased the pipe from him ($50 for a 2 ft length) plus the cost of bending the pipe. I just redid my entire exhaust up to the bend I need and purchased a 10 ft length for $20 at my local parts store. He refused to use the brand new pipe I have, because he wanted to fiscally rape me on literally the same exact pipe I bought from their supplier and was incredibly rude. I would never suggest you go here for any work as its clear that they only care about making their money and not about their customers. I didnt even want him to weld it to my car just bend the pipe.

Called +4 times in the past two hours and no one picked up the phone. There wasnt even an option to leave a voicemail. I was reccomended to to come here by a co-worker and another auto shop but I guess I wont be able to.

Had them work on my wife’s Grand Cherokee. New muffler was installed incorrectly, rubbing against the control arm. Also re-used the rusty clamp and left a gap at connection so I have a nice exhaust leak. Nobody answers the phone or works at the front desk. Was randomly closed on a Monday when I was supposed to pick up my vehicle, no notice. Will never go back.

Called them up they said I wouldnt be able to get in for two weeks to look at my exhaust problem. I said just to look at it? Then he said Oh I can look at it in 4 days from now, lets set up an appointment. So I did this, the appointment was for 10 a.m. I sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes before someone came out and said can I help u? I said yes Im here for a 10 a.m. appointment for someone to look at my exhaust. So he says Oh Im really busy itll be a few minutes. I say OK. 45 minutes later still sitting there watching the guy weld up something in the back and drink his coffee and eat a doughnut. I leave after that will never be back Ill fix my exhaust myself instead of giving these guys money. What is the definition of an Appointment? Thoroughly disgusted in how this so called business is run.

Great place to go but lacks personal contact and expect to wait at the desk with no receptionist for a bit, otherwise I would rather higher because they do great work and its affordable. However dont expect to quick timely nice service.

Hands down the best place for muffler work in Marquette County. It started out with my father going there for repairs 20+ years ago, and now myself for the last 15 years.Ive went to a few muffler shops with good reveiws while I lived in Wisconsin. Every time I remember sitting in the waiting room wishing I could get the hospitality, friendliness, speed, and Quality that I get at EQ Mufflers!

Terrible place to go! They dont answer their phones and when you go in to set up an appointment you get someone shaking their head before you can even finish your sentence telling you that no one is in the shop for the week to do work! What the hell kind of place does that!

Did a great job putting an exhaust on my MR2 years ago and just been a great exhaust shop overall.

Blew out the muffler, tailpipe, and resonator on my 2001 Infiniti QX4 on the 1000+ mile trek up from VA. Needed a rush job to get back on the road, two days before the Labor Day weekend. The earliest appointment was a week away, but if I could leave it overnight, they would try to work it in. Left it Wednesday morning, got it back Thursday evening. Workmanship was excellent, and quality of parts was higher and at much lower cost than the Midas job they were replacing. I highly recommend EQ!

Quick Service & polite & affordable

Would have loved to go here to fix my muffler issues when I was in town, but I called and stopped by around 815am and noone was there, and they dont have hours on the door or building. Can someone please find out their hours and update this with it? Could probably save someone else a disappointed drive there.

Called them up, drove down to the shop, fixed my exhaust up. And didnt burn a hole in my wallet. Very fast and high quality work. Ive become a lifetime customer after problems with other local shops.
