I’ve shopped here in the past but never returned because the old manager Joe was not helpful whatsoever. I decided to give it another try and found the service amazing, the employees knowledge of the jewelry is impeccable. The store is very clean and well maintained. The manager Nicole was the best, I dealt with her personally and she took the time to show me pieces I would love. Nicole has really turned the customer service around for the best! I will be shopping here again in the near future.

I came in to buy an engagement ring. I was crunched for time and they absolutely delivered. The ring turned out better than I could have imagined. The customer service was phenomenal. They were more than accommodating. So very thankful for all their help and I would I strongly recommend going there to anyone.

I went in about a year ago to have my wedding ring sized. It started out a nightmare. The first time it came back it was stretched so thin it looked like it could break, after arguing about it I reluctantly sent it back to have more gold added to the shank. My beautiful elegant ring came back the second time looking ridiculous and botched. I was disgusted. After all the arguing and having paid more than half the rings value for work that wasnt done I couldnt allow them to send it out a third time. Finally I decided to go back and Nicole restored my confidence to send my ring back to their jeweler to fix the ugly band of my ring. After giving very particular instructions on what needed to be done to correct it, they finally got it right and Im relieved to have my ring back in the shape its supposed to be and it came back just in time on my anniversary!Good job picking up the pieces and making things right. Thats important for customer service. Thank you again!

Great service now that there is new management. Employees are very helpful answering questions and finding the perfect rings we were looking for.

Nicole and Nadine were so nice! I came in just to get a watch resized, and I ended up spending about an hour looking at rings and joking with them. They were absolutely hilarious and I eill recommend them to anyone!

What seemed like an amazing experience ended up going awfully. Was asked if my boyfriend and I was interested in joining a rewards program for Kay, in which we responded yes. Sales associate Anthony went on to fill out the application for us, taking my drivers license and asking about income/social security information. I couldnt believe how detailed this inforation had to be for a rewards program, but kept reassuring it was in fact just that. Got my new CREDIT CARD in the mail yesterday. As a first time shopper, new college grad with loans/debt, that was the absolute last thing I needed. Will never go back to Kay jewelers for any purchase in the future. Got scammed, but have definitely learned from this experience. To the sales associate, shame on you trying to make a simple referral bonus and tricking myself and boyfriend into your credit card. Kay jewelers is a joke, on to better ETHICAL companies.

Great Customer Service the sales professionals there were very helpful and knowledable. The Preffered Customer Account came with a ton of benefits, in discounts, coupons, gift cards, invitations to special events and a in store line of credit! This was very helpful being im a new college grad and needed the option to pay monthly. I would definitely recommend the Marquette Kay Jewelers to anyone!

Horrible customer service. Dropped my wedding ring off to have two of the diamonds replaced after they fell out. I haven’t even had the ring for two years. We waited for over two weeks and then drove the hour and a half it takes to get there, after being told they would be open until 9 and they were closed. Sam was extremely rude and hung up on me when I called to tell them that the diamonds were never replaced after my husband drove the 3 hour round trip the next day and picked up the ring. All she could do for us was a “sorry” I will never use this location again. Time and money wasted. Not impressed by this staff AT ALL. I will be calling corporate.
