Brought my old car here to find out why it was choking itself out and basically running with the power of a 88 Yugo pulling a firetruck uphill. Turns out I had a family of critters living in my air filter box. They compiled a list of all issues needing to be addressed as well. Found them professional, knowledgeable...with a good sense of humor.

I called out to see if they would be able to fix an exaust leak on my truck. They got me in quickly, and did a great job fixing the issue. May not be the cheapest, but they do good quality work, and I would always prefer quality work over cheap. I will be using them again in the future.

Needed brake pads while on vacation. They got us in right away so we could drive home safely. Thanks so much.

Parents overcharged for oil change on GMC Sierra diesel 3/4ton truck using ~12qts oil. Drove 1300 miles to Colorado where they got a check engine light. Took it into GMC dealer to have it checked where they found oil had 15% life left and was black -- it had not been changed at all! They will not be using this garage ever again.

Quoted $645 for pads and rotors then charged $75 after I declined the service because he already “had work in it”. Asked him why the quote was literally double the other shops and his answer was “I don’t know”..Spoke with 2 other very reputable shops that could do the work for half the cost just couldn’t get me in as quick as this guy... should have known better- extremely high quote- Have an appt scheduled with a quote to do that work at $327. Do your homework folks

I rolled into Southside Automotives lot with a flat20 minutes before they closed their doors for the night but the mechanics got my stubborn rim off for me so could take it to a tire shop for a new tire. Thanks to them I was able to make the 450 mile drive home and be at work the next day and they wouldnt even let me pay them. Cant recommend them enough!

Good repair at a decent price.

They were so amazing and accommodating. I was stranded at an airport and had to call 3 different car shops before Jerry said he would help me even though they were about to close! Amazing customer service and they had my car done the next day! 10/10 would recommend!

This place was AMAZING!!!! After hitting a pot hole we broke a strut all while on vacation. We called around and they were they only place that could get us in next day, early morning so we could get on our way. The staff was knowledgeable and didnt over charge us. If you need work done on a vehicle in the area definitely go here. I highly recommend it!!!!

AMAZING! They were absolutely incredible! We are from out of state on vacation when we noticed something wrong with our car. They got us in immediately even though they were really busy. Very friendly and helpful guys working there. They even complimented our dog so Id give them 6 stars if possible hah! Seriously though cant thank them enough!

I own a towing company in eau claire wi my fiance was in marquette for business when she broke down with are 2004 yukon i found a great towing company to tow car to the shop they got her right in found the problem and had her on the road within 2 hours the service was great and so were their prices thank you jerry for your great work i strongly recamend your shop and in the business im in i have seen alot of shops come and go this one is definitely staying

My family and I are from out of town on vacation and despite the inconvenience they still managed to squeeze us in to repair our jeep so I wouldn’t have to miss a day at work and lose money. Also the staff was very professional and friendly. My truck has been running really well since they worked on it. I wish we had more car mechanics like this in Green Bay.

First place that came up on a search for Audi repair in Marquette. With nearly 40 good reviews I took a chance and Im glad I did.Not every shop works on German cars, and the ones that are willing to but normally dont, may not know enough about the car or may charge more than normal for the hourly labor.Id recommend them for any job on any make of vehicle. The mechanics here dont just fix only what is broken or what you ask them to, they check over every single part related to the problem.What started as a simple clutch repair turned into more with a broken shift linkage, worn out flywheel and crank sensor. Yet I found no surprises or hidden charges. They called the minute more problems were found and checked with me before ordering expensive parts.Because of how they are engineered and built, German vehicles arent easy to wrench on. For a mechanic who has never worked on one, it can be a nightmare just to change a water pump or in this case, a clutch. Southside Auto is the only place in Marquette that Id recommend for Audi, BMW, VW and Mercedes. Its easy to see theyre experienced and know what theyre doing.

They were able to get me in within a few days during a very busy period when everyone else was backed up weeks! They fixed a problem another place messed up! A little pricey...but very knowledgeable...and they treated me right and explained things great...and I was refunded because of their proof of a faulty job from the other business!

They got my car in one day ahead of time and its one of the fastest shops I found for alignments and they even made sure my steering wheel was straight

As a first-time customer who recently phoned Southside a couple of days ahead of my visit with the details of a likely electrical problem with my 1993 Toyota Camry LE, I was very impressed with the thorough and efficient service I received on October 30. Wally and his mechanic zeroed in on the immediate trouble quickly, at very reasonable cost, and with patient attention to my many questions, while identifying in their thorough standard safety check a number of longer-term warning signs, some known and some new to me, due for advisable action before long. I hope to return for future service, and I believe that anyone who, new to Southside, stops in for service will be very pleased likewise as well.

Service at Southside is great! Wally is super knowledgeable and insightful in answering all the questions and concerns I had. He also went out of his way to explain everything in laymans terms so I knew what I was paying for. He didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need (like so many other shops have) and showed me what went wrong with my old parts. Great service, I will certainly be coming back here again!!!

Exceptional service! On a return trip from Canada, my brakes went completely out on my truck. My roadside service had the truck towed to Southside Automotive as I live hours away. They were able to look at the problem and gave me a couple of options to consider. I didnt want to go thru a near accident experience again, so I had them replace the rusted brake lines. They couldnt do the work until the next day, so they saw to it I had a vehicle to use. They went above and beyond my expectations in helping me out. The work they did was excellent, as well as guaranteed! If I lived in the Marquette area, I would definitely be a regular customer. This is a garage you can trust.

My last experience with Southside made me never want to go there again. The lady at the desk was rude and very short with me, playing on her phone the whole time I was there. The owner ignored my presents didnt say a single word to me.. I was a loyal customer for years but will not be going there again due to this poor experience.

Ordered a one way uhaul from them. Uhaul goofed and sent our truck elsewhere but we only knew that by chatting at pick up. Sunday night Wally tracked it down and ensured we had it Monday morning as requested. Then also got my oil changed as we were loading the truck! Super nice staff.

Wally came to my rescue on US-41 on a very cold evening to help me with a flat. Most of my tools were stripped and he came out of his way to help me get back on the road. I had a wheel bearing go bad 2 days before a trip. Southside Auto took the time to squeeze me in and repair my vehicle the day before my trip. They were very friendly and accommodating.
