Had work done on my boss 8’2 v-plow.... had to bring the truck and plow in five times, each time they said the problem was fixed and each time it kept happening... understandable with electronics you can run into different issues but five times and over the course of a month or so was a bit much... they would charge me for labor and stop working on the issue if it started working for a short period of time and give it back to me saying it was all fine... then a few days later the same issue would arise... when I brought it back to them thinking they would handle it and not charge me again, I was wrong... things happen but I will never go to these guys again... friendly enough but the work was sub par and when they said the job was done and it wasn’t I had to keep paying more... about a thousand dollars later and five visits they got it working enough for me to take off for the season... this was just my personal experience and opinion on not going back to this place

I would like to warn people who use Marquette Automotive in regards to their large price increase they throw on their parts then pass on to the consumer. They attribute this as explained to me as the cost of doing business. The increase I was charged was in the 50% or more ( if the truth were told) and was easily proven by simply checking on the cost at the same supplier they used. I was able to buy the part in question for 100$ less then they charged me for in the repair. I would never return there for service. The only reason I gave one star is it is required in order to post!

Facebook just asked me to review my experience because Id gone here a couple of years ago while living in the area. These people are crooks ... my car was leaking coolant. The guy tells me it just needs a radiator and it would run around $400. Well after replacing said radiator with a new one, he called to tell me it was a head gasket and would be $3200. I didnt have that kind of money so I said Id just pick it up. I didnt expect him to give me a new radiator but he still charged me the $400+ for the part and his labor ... that he said would fix it and didnt. To pay for the new radiator that he couldnt just take out is one thing ... but to charge me in full for time spent on a job he misdiagnosed is just shady practice. Plus, why did it take over $400 dollars to figure out it was an entirely different problem?
