Great place to go and actually see and feel the product. Also, Angel is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend this showroom to anyone considering a Lovesac.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They even entertain our kids while my wife and I made our selections.

Sent me the wrong cushion and will not reply to my emails nor send me the correct one! Never again Lovesac….after purchasing 2 sactionals!!!!

Thus far its been good,however I was missing one piece and it took month to receive it.

Customer service was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and helpful.3 stars because I could only afford a blanket on sale. The couch is a great concept and designed very well. To replace my leather sectional (large and also multi configurations)it would cost 2x more for furniture we have to unbox and put together.

Experience at the store was great she spent alot of time with us, despite the fact she was busy. I havent received the sofa so I cant rate that yet, tthe only complaint I have is that she never told us about the military discount and I only found it after we placed the order when I was showing a friend what we bought on line. Customer service, however, were very nice and applied the discount for us. Cant wait to get my Lovesac, excited about its functionality and feel confident it will work in the next house as well.

The Lovesac Store we visited in Marlton NJ was a great experience . Our salesman, Angel was extremely helpful . Honestly, we had been to several furniture stores searching for family room seating ...but Lovesac was the best experience ever!They walk you through with helpful info and no high pressure .

I had a fantastic experience with Angel discussing what I wanted. Im so glad I went in the store, because Angel ensured I was building the Lovesac sactionals I wanted, rather than trying to figure it out myself online. I felt no sales pressure, and purchased everything I wanted that day.In store, they have blocks to help visualize sactional configurations and all the quick-order and custom fabrics.COVID procedures were excellent! Masks worn by all employees and plexiglass and hand sanitizer at the counters for using the blocks and checkout.
