We just loved that the furniture was American made here in the US. We fell in love with the furniture and the accessories - rug and lamp. We didn’t like the amount of time we have to wait to actually get the furniture delivered - but it’s the state of the world today. Will definitely be back again and recommend to our family and friends. Our son will be coming to look at a dining table.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They allowed us to take our time in doing our own search, were responsive to questions, offered explanations as to pricing/sales, and did not try to steer us in one direction or another. Wouldnt hesitate to return to this merchant with future furniture needs. However, current global circumstances have negatively impacted delivery times for many products. Our purchase will not be delivered until December at the earliest. But, we were fortunate. Some items are as far out as 8-10 months and even that may be optimistic. La-Z-boy seems to be a quality product. We are looking forward to receiving our new furniture.

Sales experience at the store was good, staff were helpful and friendly. Ordering was easy. We ordered our chair on March 19, 2021, and nearly 4 months later we still have not received it nor received any update from La-Z-Boy on status of our order. We were told it might take a couple months, but, I did expect some updates from time to time regarding our order. The chair was expensive, a text or email doesnt cost anything.UPDATE!We received our chair on August 11th. It was delivered and carried upstairs by the driver and helper. The chair looks great and we are pleased with how it looks and functions. Very happy customer. Edit review to 5 stars!

The delivery men were incredible. The quality of furniture is incredible. The quality of our sales person and scheduling the delivery was inferior. We were told we would get a design consultant which we did not and we were also told our delivery would be made in a 4-Hour window. I selected the Morning window but we were assigned the afternoon window.

Quick and easy process to buy two reclining sofas. Staff was great, and super helpful! They put my needs for my family (two young kids and a dog) over the upsell!

We were helped by Jeff, he showed us what we were looking for and provided us with information about sale and product. He then walk way so we can check pieces out on our own. Please note he was still near but left us alone to talk. When we chose the item we wanted he was back to explain the entire process to us. Jeff was very knowledgeable, polite and patient with all our questions and concerns.

This is the third set of furniture I have purchased from Lazy Boy and I am never disappointed!The sales rep was extremely helpful and made sure all my wants were addressed.The quality far exceeds any other furniture retailer, to the point where I have given away my other sets and they are still being used.The delivery experience was the best ever. I could tell she was truly invested in our space and wanted us to be 100% happy with it before purchasing. We can’t wait for all of our furniture to arrive!

Received my furniture on Tuesday 9/21 after waiting 7 months from placing the order. On Friday 9/24 the new recliner fell apart as it only had 2 of the required ( I think 6) screws holding it together. Chewed up the wood base as we did not know it was loose. I called to schedule someone to come out to look at/fix it as obviously it was not assembled correctly and was told the next available appointment was November 12th but he would try to find me something sooner as it was obvious this was a work craftsmanship issue. So disappointed and hoping Lazy Boy makes good on this or this will be my First AND Last purchaseUpdate: Customer care (Matthew) did call back with an earlier service date of October 15th. Matthew was actually very helpful. The next day noticed the seam on the stitching on the couch seat was coming undone. Called Customer Care the next day to add that issue to the work order. So far this purchase and experience has NOT been good.

Everyone was so nice. Not overbearing. They let you shop and are close by if you have any questions. Our sales person Cynthia was awesome and very knowledgeable about the recliner I was purchasing. She helped me choose one that will be most beneficial to me.

My sales person Debbie was very friendly. She was not pushing me to buy right away. Debbie knew her products very well and even suggested on what furniture would best fit my Situation. She even let me try out all the Recliners and suggest I sit in them for a while to make sure I was Comfortable and happy with the recliner. I suggest that you go to the Laz-Z-Boy show room in Marlton, the sales people there are nice & friendly. Im going back later this year to buy another recliner and Im going to ask for Debbie again.

Sharon guided me to section of store that had what I was looking for. Found the chair I wanted. After doing minimal paperwork to complete the sale. All in all the whole thing took 45 min maximum. Very pleased.

Went to Marlton store originally to look at recliner chairs. I went in to shop and was met by salesman Jeff. Without pressuring me he showed me where to find the recliner. On my time I looked at all chairs available but I felt for a recliner they were too expensive. I walked around the store and I came across a sofa loveseat combo that I really liked. So I decided to go a different direction instead of recliner I’ll change the recliner and my sectional with the love seat and sofa combo. I found Jeff and we went over specifics and he informed me of sale on Saturday so I came back with son and bought the duo. Jeff was a total gentleman and never pressured or hovered.

Nice furniture but we were only looking at recliners. Didnt find one I wanted and the term around time for custom is like 6 months! Crazy! Salesman was nice and helpful.

John was our associate during the sales process and we enjoyed our experience. Being a manager in a retail setting, I tend to critique employees at other establishments. It just so happens that John is one of the managers and he did an exceptional job. We go by a process of CARE which is Connect with the customer, Ask questions to narrow down the selections, Recommend the best fit based on the information obtained and then Excite the customer about their purchase. John provided all steps efficiently and built our confidence with the decision. I recommend this location to anyone searching for furniture in his/her home.

Other than EXTREMELY long delivery time this was a perfect transaction! The store design help was great and the sofa and ottomans are just as wonderful as I hoped they would be. Lazy Boy quality is unmatched and we are very very pleased!

We are replacing a heavily used 16 yo recliner and a loveseat. Cindy greeted us shortly after we entered the store. She took us directly to the perfect recliner for my husband and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the products. I also wanted a reclining loveseat and Cindy showed us models that were sized appropriately for me (I’m 5’ tall). She helped me select fabrics and provided a very positive, very professional experience.

I was initially happy with my experience at Lazyboy in Marlton. I purchased my Devon sectional sofa at the beginning of February and patiently waited for delivery that was expected mid March. March 19th was the day, I was excited! In comes the delivery, right and left reclining loveseats, corner seating and an armless seat to extend the piece. Well, the armless chair was a different fabric, totally different. Refused delivery of piece and called the store. Promises of making it right but no call back on status till I called in April and asked what was happening. Now I’m told JULY? WTH...initial order was 5 weeks. Got a message last Monday that they were checking and would call me back. Well, no follow up. I’m thinking about telling them to come get the whole set! Needless to say I’m not sure I would buy from them again.

I set up the hour personal appointment and was shown right to what I was looking for. They gave me options to upgrade or change fabric to what I wanted. Great service.

Making a purchase with La-Z-Boy proved to be one of the most stressful miserable experiences ever. I went to their website picked out what I wanted only to be told the material I wanted was discontinued. I picked a floor model which was supposed to be in stock and was not. I was then told I could order it and wait up to six months for it to arrive. I picked the material used in the floor model which was also discontinued. I was told I could not purchase the floor model and a day later told I could purchase the floor model. There was and additional issue regarding the foam which was ridiculous. I was told they couldnt be sure what grade I would receive. In the end I purchased the floor model but Ill never go back.

I bought a reclinder witch my dad loved but they couldn’t get the material he wanted they stopped making it they offered us the floor model but didn’t take any money off the price !! Was very disappointed but my dad loved it so I got it for him anyway! I wish they could have at least took off the delivery charge!! So 3 stars is all I could do !!

Liked the Voorhees LazyBoy store very much. Great selection, and most of all... relaxed atmosphere with no high pressure salesperson following you around...Am looking forward to visiting again.

La z boyI like ottomans, they come in different sizes and shapes. I have them in my massage office to accommodate any size person.The storage ottomans hold my pets toys and I cover them with soft comforting throws; so that my elderly pets have a safe way to climb up and get down from my bed. My husband and I were looking for a customizable sectional and found Jeff to be very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to which living room sets would work for us.

I have Muscular Dystrophy and ordered a recliner chair that helps you stand up. I believe it’s called the Carlton although I’m not sure because I thought I bought the Astor. Anyway, the leg rest does not come up even with the seat, so the whole time you’re sitting in the seat your legs are hanging down on an angle and I’m sliding out of the seat! Because I put custom fabric on the chair they would not take it back. It also came with a broken piece inside the chair where the seat connects. That is the only thing they can fix. They said there is no way that they can get the legs to raise any more. This chair cost us $3000. I can’t even sit in it, so my husband’s been sitting in it even though he’s not the one who needs the lift feature. I will never purchase another item from La-Z-Boy again.

Bought a recliner. Lots of choices in show room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely buy again. This was our first La-Z-Boy purchase. This recliner does what others dont. I mean it has so many different positions. My only complaint is that one of the plastic scuff pads on bottom of legs was missing. Havent contacted La- Z-Boy about it yet.

My husband contacted the store and we were able to get an appointment with John, the manager of the Marlton Store, so we were able to check out the furniture and fabrics in person. John was great. He showed us the furniture and fabrics we were interested in and explained everything we needed to know. Great experience!

Our purchase was a quick and easy experience. The sales person was friendly but didn’t pressure us at all. He searched for the chair we wanted, found it, arranged for delivery and we were done. I wish all shopping experiences were this great.

I liked our salesperson and the delivery staff were friendly and made sure I knew how to position my furniture. My 4 is because when my custom couch was delivered, it was not mine. I waited another 2 weeks. Not the worst thing to happen, but having a delay does not warrant s 5⭐ rating.

We bought a beautiful leather sofa and 2 chairs. The Maverick set. We had our eyes on this set for years but finally have the ability to purchase it. It is the most comfortable furniture we have sat on. Our salesperson Grace was very helpful and low pressure, which we really appreciate. This is a major purchase but I know it is very high quality plus American made. Cant wait to sit on it.

I went into the store with a good idea of what I wanted after preliminary shopping on website. The salesman seemed to have a good concept of when to leave me to test and when to step in. He offered the “up-sells” but wasn’t too pushy with them. He was new to Lazy Boy so there were a few glitches on that front but his manager and another sales associate were nearby to step in and help. All in all a good experience

He was quite patient in explaining the features of the different chairs, as well as what colors were available for each. I was very satisfied with the assistance he provided.

The stylist was very helpful in identifying patterns and options for the chair we were considering. She took time to go over what our room situation was like and recommended options that were aligned to the aesthetic of the room and our tastes. She was informative and let us know that they could do a visit to our home to help recommend styles. We were able to find a pattern we liked and while we did not purchase the chair (it would not fit with the rest of the future), it was great how attentive the staff was to our needs.

Great experience. Josh was very helpful in finding a piece that met my size requirements. My only complaint is that I wanted a piece that they had on the floor for immediate delivery, but they couldnt sell me that one, so now I have to wait a month for it to be delivered.
