If I could give 10 stars I would! I came in the day before my wedding (today) to have my rings polished and needed some work done on another ring I wanted to wear for our big day. They worked a miracle and put in a rush order so it would be done same day - 2 hours to be exact! I can’t recommend them enough and will be using them for all future jewelry needs. Thank you Craig!

Today I stopped in to buy a new chain for my necklace and I met the sweetest lady named Marci. She was so informative and helpful. She made the process quick and easy! She even had them shorten the chain in the store that I liked because it was too long. I will deffinetly be back in.. great product and even better service!

I had my daughter’s silver necklace repaired. The chain broke and needed to be replaced. The repair was perfect. The necklace looks like new, it wad dull when I dropped it off and when I picked it up all the tarnish was gone.The staff is friendly and very helpful. The repair was very reasonable. Wonderfully deep rich colors, just mesmerizing.The radio station could have done more, like asked trivia questions to engage the crowd a bit more. We went into see Angelo on a Saturday and he took care of us immediately. He took the snowflake pendant and I picked out the hoops and then he made the earrings to match. Very upscale and professional fixed a ring nobody said they would touch. It was a hollow bottom needed a size up and they did it here made my ring of 11 years white gold with black and white diamonds look good like when I first bought it. I couldn’t believe when I picked it up.

Ian has called the insurance and explained the situation. At the end, Ian understands that I am not going back and he is willing to take the broken setting and give me the full price as a trade in for a new setting. Finally, Eddy has helped me to select a beautiful Verragio with two tones setting. I am so amazed and graceful for their help to make me at peace.
