Disappointing. I heard great things about here, so I was so excited to try it. I bought a few cupcakes and they were absolutely nothing special. The chocolate cake was dry. The churro cupcakes cake was like eating a mouthful of cinnamon. No other flavor. The icing on each were just okay. There was nothing special about them, especially for 3 cupcakes to total $16. It wasnt enjoyable and I didnt even want to finish it until I thought about all the money I spent and forced myself.Otherwise, the employee was very kind.

They have great cakes but little room for imagination. Ordering for a major party in CC and they can’t offer something that’ll go “sour” apparently in cupcakes but magically not in a regular cake??? I was rudely snapped at trying to figure out a possibility of what we could do.

Its the day before Easter, and only 3 people were helping customers. There was a 20 minute wait outside, then another 30 minute (and counting) wait inside for a cake that was pre-ordered and prepaid. Everyone in line said that they had pre-ordered so the bakery should have planned accordingly for the volume. No cake is worth this much wait.

Im a little surprised by the attitude I received when purchasing cupcakes today. The girl at the counter couldnt have been less friendly or civil. From her greeting (or lack thereof) to check out she was just rude. I purchased 4 cupcakes and asked on the off chance did they have carb counts for the cupcakes because my daughter is a type 1 diabetic. She told me that you guys dont do the nutritional information, which is fine because Ill estimate. It was the attitude I got when asking that was annoying and uncalled for. In a time when small businesses are struggling and sales are important, I would think customer service would be imperative to keep up. I could have easily gone to shoprite down the street instead of a 20 minute drive.

My wife ordered the chocolate chip filling cake for my 40th birthday and it was an absolute hit. Everyone loved the cake and was the most delicious birthday cake. Also was decorated beautifully and we will be ordering for every event! Expensive but worth every penny.

WOW! We received an expertly decorated cake for our sons 2nd birthday, and the taste and texture of it was perfect. Despite the bakerys name, the cake was not overly sweet like many others are. It had perfect flavor without the Im going to get a cavity from this feeling. The staff was friendly and understood our requests. Everything was right on. This was our first experience with Sweet Eats but it wont be our last!

I just called the VOORHEES LOCATION and asked to speak to the owner. The guy who answered the phone asked who I was and what this was in reference to. I told him, was put on hold for a few seconds and he came back to say the owner wasnt interested in talking. Thats not the issue, my problem is when I was responding to what this guy said HE HUNG UP ON ME!! I was MID SENTENCE and this guy who works for and represents this company HUNG UP ON ME!! Im sorry but Ive been in customer service for 19 years and Im mind blown by the customer service I just received. Im assuming because I wasnt buying a cake I wasnt important?! Guess what sweet eats....I faithfully buy cakes from your business every year for my birthday and every birthday for my husband, family and friends! NOT ANY MORE!!!! That one kid you have answering the phones just ended a long time customer!!! LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE and to the owners, TEACH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I also suggest you look into having an email link on your website for customers to be able to contact you especially with rude people like you have answering your phone!

If you like cake, do not go here. They have the best cakes and once you try one youll make up an excuse to come back and try another. The problem here, is that they have so many delicious flavors of fillings to choose from its impossible to choose just one. The cakes are always moist and delicious.

Best cakes I have ever had! I have tried several flavors, but the pineapple cake & the white chocolate cream w/ chocolate chips are my favorite. my husband got my baby shower cake from here & it was beautiful & delicious.

I got a great cake from here before for my niece’s birthday.

I picked up desserts for Easter today that someone in my family ordered on Wednesday. They did not give me the completed order. I had to go back to retrieve the last part. I am not happy about the experience. Definitely wont be back

Drive ALL the way here for my husbands birthday! It says closes at 6, arrive 5:02. Sat to write this review and watched 2 others try the door too. We all left and one kid with mom was very disappointed.

I went there recently and ordered a yellow cake with chocolate icing and a kids print on top. Cutting the cake for my daughters birthday I noticed that its not yellowcake its a white cake. Its not the cake I wanted, I couldve just made the cake myself and saved $40. The outside of the cake looked great. But its not The cake I wanted. I called next day and they told me they dont make white cake. But I remember before they do make a white cake with chocolate chips in it. They said the yellow cake is not like a poundcake. Yellowcake is yellow!! Hello. Im not going back!

Skip cookies. Cream puffs and mini tarts were amazing!
