Not enough help and cheap, ugly frames.

I was referred to Dr. Morse several years ago and have had excellent care w/ her. She has been able to work w/ my rather tricky glasses Rx such that I see better than I have in ages. The staff also are terrific--friendly, professional and courteous. I have recommended this place to other people.

Yesterday, I had an appointment at 4 p.m. I arrived about 3:50. I noticed the optician was taking care of a customer so, since I was early, I tried on a few eyeglass frames. No one asked if they could help me or if I had an appointment. I noticed a sign with the doctors name so I sat in one of the chairs in what I guess was a waiting area. Another optician appeared and the two of them talked about being frozen out of their system and that the only person who could unfreeze them was out of lunch. I finally asked one of the opticians if I had to sign in and they said no. Finally, the doctor appeared and gave me a clipboard with forms to complete. Then the doctor vanished. Around 4:30 p.m. I got up and looked in all the rooms and no doctor. Finally, I asked one of the opticians how long a wait it was as I had another appointment later on. She told me I hadnt even been screened yet so she didnt know. At this point, I got a really bad feeling about this place and decided my eyes are too important to risk staying. I told one of the opticians I was leaving and taking the paperwork with me as it had my personal information on it. She asked if I wanted to give it to her to shred and I said no. I give it one star for customer service. I would give zero if I could. I have no comment on their vision abilities as I never got to that point.

I wish I could rate a 0. The staff is rude. The doctor shouldnt be allowed to practice. She got the prescription in each of my eyes wrong, measured the size of my eyes wrong but refused to listen to me. With no insurance I was forced to see another the doctor but hey at least I can see again and my contacts arent constantly falling out of my eyes. Stay away from this place.

Ive been waiting nine days so far for my glasses...that is way to long to wait for glasses. They told me the glasses are coming from Texas. I will never go back to Walmart vision center again. In the past at other vision centers my glasses were ready in no more the two or three days.

How this eye care lace is allowed to remain in operation is beyond me. The most horrible and inept service I have ever had form an eye care professional.
