I had a bike fit with Dave. Dude is a knowledge monster when it comes to bike fitment and human anatomy (and how they correlate). Everyone I dealt with while in the store seemed pretty cool as well. Im certainly going to move all my bike related business to these folks.

Man, Bryan knows what hes talking about. He measured me perfectly for my new bike and made all the adjustments that needed to be made before I left the store. Great establishment. They have a great selection of attire as well as skis and snowboards. They’re pricing and deals beat anyone around. And their employees are awesome. 3 different workers helped me try on, size and mount all my snowboard gear. Definitely recommend coming here if u want options and employees that actually care about their customers. Don’t usually do reviews but these guys deserve one.

I would like to specifically thank Dave, Jovian, and Rashaun for their exceptional customer service. The manufacturer sent out a bike with paint damage on the swing arm. The warehouse inventory showed a replacement would take 5 - 8 weeks to arrive. Aistriu immediately got on the phone and went to work doing whatever they could to rectify the problem. Within a short amount of time Dave had a solution from his representative. Problem solved and yet another happy customer on his way to ride! I would HIGHLY recommend using this one-stop shop for all your action sports and repair needs!

What ashamed... such a cool store in a great location has the worst employees. Not that they dont call you back dark hair skinny dude has got a real attitudeBy the way change your answer machine message with store hrs . It says your open til 7 and I come down there and you closed at 5.

Had a great experience getting boots fit, with thick calves that can be a torturous experience and hard to find a good boot. The staff who helped me was patient and knowledgable. For a local outfitters they seem to have the best of any skiing, snowboarding, and biking. Will def be back for our snow and mountain biking needs!

Just found out about Aistriu and went there today to get a bike tire fixed. Employees were so nice, quick and reasonable. After going back home came to realize the other tire needed to get fixed as well. Ran back and the store had closed but the owner fixed the second tire for me. Went out of his way and so nice. Will definitely go back and looking forward to trying their rentals for skiing in the winter as well. Thanks so much for taking the time. Great customer service and will be spreading the word!

The worst bike shop ever I had to get my bottom bracket done and it took 3 weeks to get back and when I got there they put a new break line on (that I didn’t need or ask for) and made me pay for it and it’s to long for my bike so now my breaks don’t work at all do not bring ur bike here they are not good with them they take forever and they have a 10 year old work on bikes

I had brought a snowboard to be waxed and sharpened. Dropped it off and was told to come back to pick it up 5 days later. When I came to pick it up 5 days later I was told that they have my board and it would be ready soon. Proceeded to stand and wait for about 15-20 minutes. Then someone walked out with my board which had very obviously just been waxed and sharpened just moments ago while I stood there and waited. Would not recommend coming here for tune ups.

Great Store, Great Service, The shop got my bike back to me in time for the weekend! They had the parts I needed in stock and it was reasonably priced. They even let my girlfriend demo a mountain bike for the weekend so she could choose a bike.

I ordered a board, and not only did they cancel my order I missed out on all of the other Memorial Day sales at other places for the same board. Learn to manage your inventory, its not that hard. I work for an online retailer too and I understand the importance of inventory.

I have been a loyal customer of Aistriu since the first day they opened. They have a great selection of products and have outfitted my entire family with various bikes, accessories and winter gear. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am the furthest thing from an expert but they always make you feel comfortable regardless of your skill level.

What can I say my first time being at this place and these guys were eager to help me out even if I was not buying anything today. That alone tells me that these guys will help you out with anything that you need. Yes Amazon is convenient but will you able to try anything out, and really get a perspective from real skiers or people that actually use this equipment? I rather buy from a local store and give them my hard earn $$, And get their opinion on the equipment on buying. Great place lots of options and great staff, very knowledgeable.

Amazing company. They quickly and accurately shipped my order. When the boots didn’t fit (even though they were exactly what I ordered), they were extremely apologetic and helpful. Hands down the best snowboarding and gear store you can find in NJ. Great prices on board and ski maintenance, solid selection around the store as well. A few brands that Ive never even seen before were in there so that was a cool surprise. Plus they have a high grade espresso machine and theyll whip you up something nice if you want, so thats always an instant 5 🌟. Better them Starbucks and cheaper so you cant go wrong if you live local and want a quick quality espresso or latte.

The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I recently went in for new snowboarding boots and the staff did everything to help me find the right boot for me. I was so impressed by their service I came back for a new board, bindings jacket and boots for my wife shortly after. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased a NEW Specialized bicicle from this store and it was received with a dent on the frame, and a flat tire. They didnt want to take responsability on the bike eventhough I claim. They told me to complain with the shipping company. Its dangerous to use the bike and I cant return it or replace it. Very disappointed!

Customer service makes or breaks a business for me. Even though these guys are 40 minutes from where I live they are my go to shop for my mountain biking and snowboarding needs. Always super helpful, always friendly, and just a bunch of down to earth guys that are trying to help you get situated with your gear. Dave and Ray are always wrenching but always willing to help and answer any questions I have.

Fantastic service. Purchased a bike elsewhere, needed disc brake adjustment.They took care of it on the spot,15-20 minutes, for a ridiculously low fee.

2nd time I have gone in and been treated in a condescending manner. Lookin for a seat bolt for a spinning bike at home. Tech asked me what I had, went to look and came back and proceeded to school me on why spinning bikes don’t use “real” bike parts. I own 5 bikes and have ridden for 30 years. Be careful how you treat folks with simple questions. I won’t be back

They straightened my back rim but they moved my brakes around and didnt put my tire on straight it was to the right, so now Im sitting home fixing it

This company stole one of my photographs and use it in their promotions on Instagram, when they were called out on they blocked me. These guys are crooks who will blatantly rip people off and not think twice about it. They will steal work and refuse to pay artists for the imagery they use. I would advise you to avoid this company of thieves and look elsewhere to transact your business. There are plenty of other options without having to give your business to a bunch of crooks.

Just left Aistriu quick tune-up cup of coffee doesnt get much better than that.
