I had a very pleasant experience at the store. I was the only customer at the time and therefore received attentive and thorough service from Jeff, my salesman. He let me take my time, and try all the beds. I felt like Jeff wasn’t pushing for the “up-sale” even though I was most interested in the lowest price mattress. I won’t have my mattress for about 6-8 weeks. I can’t wait!

Positive shopping experience. The store manager Jess is really nice and easy to talk to. The store employees were very nice about how much time it took us to pick a bed (2 separate trips to the store and laying on beds multiple times). We always take a night to think about a big purchase. In addition to getting a bed we also bought 2 pillows. I have the hardest time ever picking a pillow and am never happy with it. But I am super happy to report that I love the pillow (PlushComfort, Curved).

The store isnt a big one, not like most of the mattress places you visit, but they have samples of all the current models available and one particular bed is designed with an interactive video system that demonstrates the principles of Sleep Number. If you lay on that bed you can use the remote control to change the setting and feel and at the same time see the differences. The display shows the pressure (as a color map) on each part of the bed, caused by your body weight. You can see what settings leave you with hot spots of pressure, and what ones distribute weight better. You can try different sleep positions and get the result for each, and also compare different sleep numbers. The results of this correlated well with my wifes comfort level. We then tried the different mattresses, and were able to find one that best suited her. We bought it, and were waiting for delivery now. My only wish is that we could get it faster than the two weeks promised.

Kris, our salesman and the store manager, I believe, was a pro! He handled a rather rude customer with professionalism in the middle of our transaction and with a store full of customers. Kris is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and super efficient! Love this place and left with a mattress ordered to be delivered next week.

Best mattress hands down.

My wife and I were greeted by Nick when we entered the store. He was very helpful in allowing us to tryout multiple beds. We were given our Sleep Numbers and advised that they may change when using our Sleep Number bed. He showed us a bed that only is available at certain times of the year. We loved it. We bought it and lived thru the sticker shock. Looking forward to receiving, setting up and using our Sleep Number bed. And I am only 75 years old!

Our sales rep gave a clear concise and convincing presentation of the Sleep Number product line. Before we left the building, we knew we were going to invest in a sleep number bed as soon as we could.

Do not order these beds! The most uncomfortable Ive ever been and Ive slept on cots in the army. Youre told 100 nights or your money back but what youre not told is you wont get their shipping charges of $200 each way back. Also dont tell you that if you get the adjustable base you cannot return them! I wish I did more research. Its so uncomfortable. Read the fine print. These people are scammers and the salesman are no better than telemarketers. I have a bed I dont want to use and am out $400 when they take it back. Bunch of crooks.
