I found a mattress and box spring that I wanted online. I went to the store to confirm the order and the associate was very helpful. Setup the delivery date, paid, left the store. In and out in 20 minutes.

It gets one star because after 2 weeks, we actually like the bed. This store and company are a nightmare to deal with. Bed was not delivered the first THREE times that they promised. When it finally came, there was an item missing. I called the store who told me that they would call me when it came in. They never called. I had to call them and pick it up myself.

I had an amazing experience at mattress firm. I first went to mattress warehouse and the sales associate was rude so I left. Rich at mattress firm was so nice and a pleasure to chat with. He helped me pick the best bed and was very apologetic when I couldn’t get the bed on the day I needed (manufacturer issue) and even upgraded my bed to the more expensive model! I will definitely return and send my friends and family!

I am finally getting a good nights sleep! The store is clean and COVID precautions are in force from wearing masks to the UV cleaned pay swipe. The sales rep, Jeff, was awesome! Jeff didnt rush me and let me sample all the mattresses for as long as I liked. Jeff also assessed my alignment on each mattress to ensure the proper fit. He assessed visually and then asked a series of questions. I found the mattress for me! And because I went during a sale, the savings enabled me to get a better quality mattress than I had anticipated. Finally, they seem to have everything you need to go with the mattress as well! Frames, mattress protectors, pillows, whatever! Jeff was awesome and a huge part of why I had a great experience! Oh, and let me not forget the delivery guys! Carlos and his friend were on time, fast, cautious moving about the house, and very cautious with the booties and masks, and personable! The cold pouring rain did not stop them one bit! I head up a ministry from my church to a men’s mission in Philadelphia. Darcie Sorsby from your Marlton store told me that Mattress Firm Marlton was getting rid of some display pillows and asked me if I thought that the men of the Mission might be able to use them. I said “sure!” and we set a time for me to go to the Marlton store and pick them up. I was expecting a couple dozen half decent pillows. When I arrived, Darcie had the pillows all ready to go in the LARGEST plastic bag I have ever seen! I have a large SUV and I was BARELY able to SQUEEZE all the pillows in every nook and cranny of my vehicle!! There were SO MANY pillows!! And they were all of the best quality! I know the men of the Mission were blessed beyond measure to sleep on such quality pillows. This kind of gift is very meaningful for these men, many of whom are at the very end of their rope. and are feeling hopeless and alone. Darcie made this happen!! She’s awesome and represents Mattress Firm very well!!

I went in with my father for a new mattress. I worked with the manager Ashley. She was terrific. She took her time with my father who is in a wheel chair. I got a great deal and Dad loves his bed.

Nestled back where Olgas Diner used to be is the best place to buy a mattress. Formally Sleepys, now Mattress Firm. I worked with Ashley the manager and she gave me a great deal. Go check her out!

The purchasing experience at Sleepys Marlton was just fine. The salesman knew the products and I purchased a mattress set. When it came to delivery day things were different. They give you a 4 hour window for delivery (pending weather in fine print.) I was at the very end of the 4 hour window and had heard nothing from the dispatch service about delivery. I contacted my salesman to see if he could track the drivers and see if the delivery would be on time and I had waited 20min before I had to call back. I guess when you purchase your mattress the salesmans job is done and there is no follow through. Eventually an hour after the 11-3 window the delivery men showed up. I was to leave for work so I just had them leave the items in the middle of the floor and go as I followed them out the door. They seemed like good guys. The dispatch service NEVER called me the entire day to give me any information in reference to where these guys were. A regional manager had to call me, and he was able to track down the items thank god! This will be my first and last purchase with Sleepys. Next time I need furniture I will pay a little more and go back to Raymour and Flanigan. At least there, I was guaranteed next day delivery and they always called if they were running behind schedule. I guess a phone call is too much to ask for these days from Sleepys. I would consider it sell sell sell, and screw the customer when it comes to delivery.
